Monthly Rentals in North Zone of São Paulo

It was a super quiet stay, easy access and impeccable accommodations, everything was very clean!! Very nice space to be in and I felt very at home!! I'll be back other times!! I recommend it!!

Staying at Fernanda's was great. The apartment is perfect for 1 person, even if you have lots of stuff with you like I did. Fernanda was always very responsive and made sure to solve all the small problems I had very quickly. She made the experience so much better because of how friendly she is. There's a supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby, a big avenue with buses that go everywhere and if you prefer to the an Uber, it takes you quickly to the most central/relevant places. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay in terms of appliances and furniture so it's very handy. I'd highly recommend staying at this apartment if you're visiting São Paulo. The only negative point I found in the apartment is that it's too hot in there (but they're trying to get permission to put the AC so it should be better soon!).
