Vacation rentals with a kayak in North Shore

my friend and I from Tennessee were looking for a place to relax for a few days in New England. Ipswich was a delightful location, but we found it hard to leave the lovely view from the upper level of the home!

We had a great mini-vacation at Mary Lou's airbnb! Everything was comfortable. The beach was so close and we could also walk to breakfast and lunch. Nice not to have to drive everywhere. If we get the opportunity we will definitely stay here again. Offered early check in when available and even late check out! We couldn't take advantage of that but so nice of her to offer! Great place!

Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

This house was great! We had a corporate offsite event with about 12-13 people for 2 days and it was very spacious. Parking fit about 5 cars which was helpful and it is very walkable to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor areas at the house were also very spacious which was great. Would highly recommend for any large groups.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

I stay in quite a few Airbnb’s all over the world and this place does it right. The unexpected extras like things you always need in the kitchen when you arrive to an Airbnb to shampoo and conditioner in the shower to laundry detergent and dryer sheets.All there waiting for you. I grew up in Marblehead and this is a perfect location to be able to walk to beautiful Devereaux beach or around Marblehead neck. Backyard is a huge perk for this location as it is not common to have a backyard like this in an Airbnb this close to the beach. It isn’t huge it is exactly as described and was perfect for me and my two kids. Grill was great, there is a mini back deck, lots of games to play comfortable kitchen. Props to the owners you have done an awesome job and I will be recommending this Airbnb to my family and friends

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s so much more spacious than I was expecting and the decor was beautiful. We loved being on the lake and the area is so quiet and peaceful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive — they even installed brand new window AC units in the bedrooms without us asking because it was supposed to be in the 90s and they wanted to make sure the mini split didn’t leave us feeling too hot. The unit had everything we needed and the place was so comfortable. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

Great getaway right on the water, beautiful home and very peaceful area

Laura was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to some things that popped up that we needed help with. The house is exactly as pictured and described. The area is very peaceful, and we used the kayaks daily. While there weren't "extra" items like salt and pepper or any seasonings for cooking or larger bottles of shampoo and soap, the kayaks made up for it! I was very concerned about one bathroom for 4 people and the rooms being so close together, but none of my concerns became an issue. This home is a great value for the area, and we highly recommend it!

We had high expectations — but the reality of this extraordinary spot exceeded them on all fronts. So tastefully and carefully decorated, everything new and spotless. The kitchen fully outfitted with brand new equipment and appliances, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in in any Airbnb or luxury hotel (and great linens and pillows), wonderful flow from room to room, new, beautifully designed and perfectly functioning baths and windows/blinds, stylish and comfortable seating on the deck (and indoors), with more brand new seating flowing out onto the lawn. But what topped all that design perfection was the site’s natural beauty. Such privacy out on the point and because the view is almost 360, and primary orientation is toward sunset, the view all around are deep and exquisite, flowing out over marshland, tidal rivers to the bay. That made for fun paddle boarding, and even a brisk swim! For nature lovers, the bird life was so rich and varied. Heaven on earth

We loved staying at "Shore Bet". It was in a great spot on the south part of Humarock. Beach entry close by. Front and rear decks for outside enjoyment. The grill was in great shape, and grilling on the back deck during sunset was magical. Everything was fantastic. The only things I'd comment on that weren't absolutely perfect, are nit-picky at best. I am a cook, so I'd have liked a few more knives, and another cutting board. See...NIT-PICKY! LOL. Truly a great place to stay that I'd recomment to anyone and everyone. Should we return to the area and "Shore Bet", or another of Jeff's properties are available, we will DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks for a great place for our getaway, Jeff!

Part 2 of my extended stay at this little cabin and the feeling remains the same. Great spot, private beach, comfortable bed, awesome fire pit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Definitely hope to return soon!

I have been to multiple Airbnb’s and I can tell you that Nico, by far is the best host I have ever had! He was extremely responsive, went out of his way to make recommendations as well as help us with anything that we asked, tailored his cleaning to some allergies that one of my guests had and gave us the best recommendations and suggestions and even called us to go over them with us. It is an adorable home, very peaceful with a beautiful pond that you can see from the front window of the home. It was extremely clean and he went out of his way to provide the little details to make you feel more at home. The couch is VERY comfortable, the directions are clear and concise and I would recommend him highly to any and everyone!

This cabin far exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, well organized, stocked with literally anything imaginable, and beautiful. Our time was restful and wonderful.

We loved staying at Nicole's cabin and found it just as advertised. It is located on a pond so very peaceful to just hang out and enjoy. Several casual restaurants near by.

Maryjane was a fantastic host who takes great care of her beautiful cabin. She had a family medical emergency during our stay, but we both worked together to make our NYE trip a very memorable one. She is very responsive and friendly. Her home provides all of the charm of a cabin while also having modern appliances and features. We loved every second of our time here and would definitely stay here again!
