Vacation rentals with lake access in North Shore

We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Fantastic and cozy place to stay with extended family over a long fall weekend.

We stayed at Jenny and Thom’s for a family reunion weekend in Newton where the festivities were at my sister’s house who lived nearby. The home was perfect for what we needed . It is very cozy, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The view from the back is so peaceful and we even saw a swan! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. Directions for care of the home are very clear - and little details like labels for the lights were helpful. Jenny was always available if we had any issues but we had none. We would stay again!

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at nearby Atkinson Country Club. The home is spacious and luxurious and allowed our extended family to all be together for this special occasion. Hosts were always available to answer any questions and made us feel welcome from the very beginning . Highly recommend .😊

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

My family enjoyed staying here. It had a beautiful view from the back. Gorgeous in the morning! I loved it here and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for our family and it felt so cozy.

very comfortable, clean, cozy cabin on the lake. it has everything you could need. the cabin is close to other houses but the neighbors were very quiet and friendly. when the heater didn’t work, George very promptly made sure it got fixed. he couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. when we left having lost an earbud, George, by some miracle, found it and sent it to us. wonderful hosts!!

This place was amazing. We stayed here the night before our wedding and the night after and Justin and Alyssa were amazing with giving us an early check-in and helping us along the way. The inside was amazingly clean had everything we needed will surely rent again.

Great place to stay in a residential neighborhood -- correctly described as an apartment attached to the back of a family home. It's just a quick uber from the East Weymouth commuter line station. It's a walkable distance, but not a pedestrian-friendly route. The space was ultra-clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I recommend ordering in coffee and breakfast from the nearby creperie.

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

First rate residence with very comfortable beds/pillows, and well supplied with paper products, K-cup coffee, towels, etc. Lovely,quiet neighborhood with nearby pond/trails. Hilly and scenic with many beautiful homes and yards. Our ground level flat was easy to access with our suitcases in tow. This home was updated nicely with appliances, on demand water heater, flooring, carpet, etc. We enjoyed the nearby trails, restaurants, and Trader Joe's. Host was very informative and attentive. Would definately stay here again when we visit Boston.

Close to everything! A short walk to the T, target, cvs and multiple restraunts. We loved our stay here

Yanti is that host who thinks of everything. This is a wonderful location, we spent the long weekend while attending the 2025 World Figure Skating Championships in Boston and all 3 of us loved our stay. First, it's an easy walk to the commuter rail, which will have you at North Station in half an hour or less. Downtown Wakefield is adorable with some excellent restaurants and there's a nice 3+ mile route around the lake that's perfect for a run/walk. She has the sweetest doggies and I fell in love with Lily's smile. The unit is in the downstairs of a quaint home that is steps from the downtown common and has every amenity or resource I could think of. Forgot my razor, they were stocked in the cabinet. Needed to print tickets - office area had a printer. Umbrellas to walk to the train in the rain. First aid kit to dress a small cut on my finger. Washer and dryer with cleaning supplies. Literally everything. I'm so glad we chose the spot and we'll definitely be back!

Amazing stay! The place looks very clean and new, decorations are nice. Way better in real life than on photos. Very easy check-in, all supplies are there.

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

Andrew's home was very comfortable, and it's location by the water enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. Andrew's communications facilitated check-in and check-out.

Spent a peaceful fall weekend with my family at this beautiful lakefront cottage. We spent most of our time out on the dock or on the screened-in porch. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms made us feel at home. Rebecca was a fantastic host - easy to communicate with, organized and very welcoming. Thanks for a five star stay!

This marks my third visit to the Blueberry Cottage. Perfect every time ! Great for me catching up with Family and Friends. Beautiful and Peaceful yet close to many things to do and see. 10+ out of 10. I will stay there Every chance that I can ! I didn’t want to leave. 😊❤️🍀🌸

This little cottage sits perfectly on Cobbett’s Pond and was a cozy stay for my Sister and I while traveling to the area for a funeral. Would definitely come up again to stay, especially during the warmer months to take advantage of all the amenities that Ana provides. Hands down one of my favorite Airbnb stays.

Nice and cozy cabin! Super responsive host with great touches to the cabin. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it took too much time to get it fully heated and unfortunately weren't at the cabin for several hours leading up to when we wanted to use it but if you have the time to tend to it, I'm sure it's lovely. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking a group meal.

great lakehouse with beautiful views, and very clean. kayaking on the lake was great. Way better than a hotel. Be careful walking any dogs near the main road which can get busy with traffic overall great stay, would return
