Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. While we do offer various teas and coffee to our guests, we don’t offer breakfast or food items generally. But you may use the kitchen if you so choose!
