Ideally located for exploring the Peak District with walks & cycling directly from the door. Within walking distance of country pubs & a short drive to Buxton, Macclesfield & Leek.

A ground floor apartment located at the rear of a detached Georgian style building sharing a private rear entrance with one other apartment. Each flat has a dedicated parking spot, secure gated access to the main property by means of a key code gateway. The flat has its own kitchen with fridge and freezer and washing machine/dryer. The flat is sanitised every time it’s cleaned in line with covid cleaning spec. The flat comes with dedicated parking for two cars on the property next to the door.

Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. Our Couples' Hideaway is in a very private location accessed by electric gates, with a hot tub and summerhouse that are never overlooked. It has a large, dog secure deck set in mature trees. Although in the grounds of a larger holiday park we are completely unconnected with them and clean and manage this pristine lodge ourselves, getting rave reviews pretty much 100% of the time. The lodge is nestled in an area renowned for walking and cycling and is on the edge of the Peak District.

If you are looking to have a relaxing break away from life’s stresses then The Woodland Watch is perfect. The hut is warm and cosy with all modern amenities set on a working dairy farm. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.
