Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
