House vacation rentals in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

Great place to stay. We were not there a ton as we explored a lot of phoenix and Scottsdale. I would stay here again for sure!

Our annual ladies trip was a success this year with the help of booking this beautiful place. When we arrived, everyone felt that they were right at home. This place was super clean and comfortable. The pool was a highlight for us and how convenient everything was centrally located. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will definitely be inquiring about this home with our next annual trip. We will always remember this great experience!

Excellent home! The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. An added bonus, two main suites! The backyard is so fun and really beautiful.

Our stay at Angela's place was wonderful. She provided very clear check-in information and was able to communicate with us when we landed to get us in the house a little early. The location was great for shopping, coffee places, and dinner. Not really anything around to walk to, but nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The house was really comfortable and clean. The living room setup was great to lounge and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. The outside area was really our favorite part. The pool was really nice during the day and at night and the outside TV area was great to sip our morning coffee at. It was also nice to have a speaker outside for our music while we swam. Overall the place felt like home. Thanks so much for the great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at this super clean and spacious home. It had every amenity to make the stay inviting and comfortable plus many personable touches. The outdoor area was amazing! Instructions on how to operate everything were provided and clear. I would not hesitate to book again! It felt like a resort but in the privacy of having your own space. Beautiful!

This home is a gem! We stayed two nights and had extended family with us as well. The place was as tidy and clean as could be. The home was well appointed, with thought to the little details to include snacks and cold beverages in the fridge. We couldn’t have been happier!

A wonderful stay in a great location! Vince and his team are wonderful hosts. If you want a home away from home I’d highly recommend staying here. It was so relaxing. It’s close enough to all the essentials, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were more excited to go back to the bnb most days than being out and about in the city. 10/10 chance you’ll love it

We had a great stay at Zack and Cole's place. They were very responsive hosts. When we couldn't find the hair dryer, they quickly responded and brought us a new one (we later found it). In addition, I was traveling with my elderly parents, who had some tech-related questions, and once again, they responded immediately to my questions to help my parents. The master bathroom was wheelchair accessible and a shower chair was provided. Location was perfect - we were in town for my nephew's college graduation. We had a great stay.

The waterfall still wasn’t working. I read it was broken in another review, and since Megan responded, I assumed it had been fixed. I messaged her and she said it was on a timer, but it never came on from Friday-Sunday. Other than that, it was a great house, awesome backyard, seemed to be a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed. We had a lot of fun!

I stayed for three nights and had a fantastic experience. Brandon was an exceptional host! Communication was prompt and everything matched the listing exactly. The home is about 25 minutes from the airport, so I’d recommend renting a car if you're traveling. I appreciated being able to park in the garage, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood, offering a nice sense of privacy. Right next door is a beautiful Desert Preservation area where I spotted roadrunners, jackrabbits, and other local wildlife from the backyard. Overall, a wonderful stay! The photos truly speak for themselves. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Rebekah helped us out at the last minute but yet this home was spectacular and I couldn’t believe it was still listed. Great space for small quiet gatherings and the heated pool was a plus. The home is close to shopping, gyms, and experiences and very easy to commute with lyft, uber, waymo, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay at this lovely decorated mid century modern home. Loved the furniture and artwork! The pool was clean and refreshing. It was a great home base for our excursions and a peaceful respite when we wanted to relax. Beds were comfy!

To keep it simple, great place that is clean and well put together. Recommended and would stay here again. Very quick reply to any questions we had. Completely and fully equipped with everything you need for a great weekend or extended stay in Phoenix, Arizona.

Beautiful home. Worked very well for the final part of our Arizona trip. We were able to relax after time hiking in Sedona before heading back home.

We had such a fantastic time at this home. The place was spacious and super comfortable for our whole crew. The kids couldn’t get enough of the arcade games and mini golf. They were busy the entire trip, which gave the adults a chance to relax by the pool and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Cooking meals in the kitchen was easy since it had everything we needed. The location made it simple to get out and explore Phoenix. Justin was very responsive and made check-in seamless. We would definitely return for another stay.

House was absolutely beautiful and very clean, the backyard was where we spent most of our time. It is in a perfect location, so many places close by. Margie was always quick to respond and very polite. We felt right at home in this house. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this home. We really felt like we were "at home". Waking up to the lake view in the desert is pretty special. The home was equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes and groceries. The main upstairs suite was large and the bed mattress topper was super comfortable. The AC works great upstairs and downstairs! We were visiting family and had everyone in and out of the home, it accommodated everyone nicely. Having access to the boat, to fish and piddle around in the mornings and evenings was such a treat! If you are looking for a place that is quiet, where you don't feel like you need to leave the home to relax, this is the place for you. I'd rather stay in Arrowhead/Peoria instead of noisy/touristy Scottsdale. I recommend this place if you are attending a concert or game at the Cardinals Stadium, it's not too far away. P83 is close by and a great place to have dinner or brunch. I can't wait to stay here again, my family and I said we could of stayed another week!

It was a perfect stay and perfect host. I have no complaints and I’d book again!

Todo lo que describió de la casa estuvo hai. Sonia es muy amable y responde a tiempo. La cocina tiene todo incluido para cocinar. Las camadas estaban cómodas y la casa incluso tenía juegos en la sala de estar. El patio estaba lindo también.
