Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed!
