Beautiful lakefront home with all the amenities for a great multi-family vacation. 5 BR, 3.5 bath with great indoor/outdoor living space. Main house: 3BR, 2 Bath. Separate upstairs unit: 2 BR, 1 Bath w/ kitchen. Large space for entertaining with well-stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen. Lounge lakefront by the solar heated pool in the summer or the hot tub in winter and enjoy access to the private swim dock. Just minutes to Lakeport, this is an ideal location for vacation on the water!

Between my two cottages we have over 750 five star reviews and we are a PET FRIENDLY COTTAGE 🐾🐶 The new deck and gazebo has a locking gate so you can leave your pet outside without worry of them running off There is a good chance you will see lots of hummingbirds , deer, Quail and their little flocks, wild Turkeys and occasional bald eagle sightings. 😎😜

The lake is beautiful, clear, cold and great for kayaking in the winter. Dress appropriately!

This property has a three car garage with room for two cars, large driveway with additional space for multi-boat and trailer parking. Large, private, beach, chef's kitchen, beautiful patio and a spacious house makes this home great for gatherings with family, friends and pets. Great dock for fishing or simply enjoying the lake.
