Pet-friendly vacation rentals in North Historic District, Savannah

The house was nice. Comfortable. Stayed one night, remotes missing or not working but was not need for the time we were there. However if there longer would loved to watch the tv in the bedrooms.

This was a quaint little house that is within minutes of downtown and the interstate. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed ending our nights sitting on the backyard patio set with light conversations until bed. We arrived late in the day and had issues connecting to the Internet (AT&T outage) and Linda immediately responded and checked on it for us. We enjoyed our time here.

This home was perfect for our needs. Our two families travel together for our kids sports and really liked that this home was close to where we competed and to the restaurants we enjoy. We also liked the secluded location. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The kitchen has all necessary items including a coffee pot and a kcup coffee maker. We were greeted with fresh flowers and cookies, which the kids appreciated most! We will stay again.

Great location for us!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions and requests; they checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable - one of the nicest hosts in my experience. The house was beautifully decorated, provided a sense of home away from home; the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious with big closets and ample clothes hangers and bath towels. The kitchen amenities were quite complete as well and has all the basics you would need to cook in, if that’s your thing. Coffee and tea were provided, and the bottle of welcome wine is a nice touch and much appreciated. The location is good enough for our needs. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown Savannah and all the other places of attraction. Overall, 5 star and highly recommended.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Home was just as the pictures, very spacious. Neighborhood easy to find and very quiet. Close to Tybee Island, stores, and activities. I highly recommend!

LOVE Carlos and Marci's place! It was a perfect set up for 7 of us, 2 families. Us adults have our own bedrooms and the kids have their own room to hangout. The house is clean, well decorated, and has everything you need. Even the light switches are labeled. That was so thoughtful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very close to the gas station, groceries stores, and an awesome Italian ice place (totally recommend the lemon ice)!! We visited both Tybee Island and Savannah while staying. It was perfect for us to come home to chill without too long of a commute on any given day. Lots of space to rest. One thing though, the bathroom is in the kid's room, so, they do have to leave the door open, or else, we just use the downstairs bathroom. We had to contact Carlos and Marci for something, they got back to us and things were taken care of right away. Very responsive and helpful!!

Lillis is the host you dream for in an ABNB! She is so accommodating, very responsive - quickly, gives great recommendations. She always makes us feel comfortable. It’s like coming home. If the Sanctuary is not available we are so disappointed. We come to Savannah at least 4 times a year. The home is beautiful, nice quiet neighborhood, completely fenced, and the owner is an accomplished gardener- couldn’t be better!

Overall this home is exactly as described. Very large with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The two palm trees in the front yard on either side of the driveway have been taken out which isn’t a huge deal except I was hoping to hang a banner between them which didn’t happen. The yard plants need some trimming and the front deck has a damaged board or two, but the inside of the house was very nicely done. All of the furniture was in great shape and very sturdy, durable, and comfortable! The pool was nice but a bit too chilly for us to enjoy when we were there. The screen on the pool enclosure needs to be replaced due to storm damage but we were informed of that prior to our visit and it didn’t make a difference in the pool area or our enjoyment of it. Having two staircases to the upstairs bedrooms was very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was very convenient to Kroger and Starbuck’s. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Plenty of closet space, showers were great, hot water for all 7 of us. Plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Coffee maker with Folgers coffee and filters on hand for our use. Loved the ninja toaster oven too. The heated pool was at 86 degrees for our whole trip! Plenty of floaties, great fenced backyard; beautiful pergola, fire pit, bbq grill and putting greens! There is a gun club a few miles away so don’t be surprised if on occasion you hear some practicing when you are outside. Neighborhood overall very quiet and inside house very quiet. Nearby restaurants like Skidaway BBQ take out, Mexican restaurants, and pizza. Easy 12-15 minutes to downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island which is a must to visit.Kroger, Publix, Walmart nearby for groceries. Pool table, ping pong, games for inside fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Raquel's place was amazing! Believe the other 5 star reviews. We booked this place last minute coming to Savannah from Pennsylvania. We were completely amazed at how much this place looked like the pictures and how much care went into this place for rentals. Our kids were beyond comfortable! All the extra things provided within the house you can tell that Raquel has definitely thought everything out. The area was quite. The playground was ok. Whats really good is there is a market and many other things across the street so this is the perfect location if your looking for privacy and easy access to food. I recommend this host 10 times over! I would rent again any day! This rental is definitely in the top 5 in the area!

family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. the kids loved the game room and the pool! we loved the location. it's close to Kroger, Walmart, Publix, and other stores for groceries and other needs. Only 10 min from tybee Island and 15 min from downtown savannah. the hosts were very responsive and friendly. communication and instruction was on point! we will definitely stay again! thank you so much for making our vacation perfect! 💕

Me and my mom stayed at Karla and Todd’s listing for our mother-daughter trip, and it was very easy to find and in a neighborhood that made us feel safe. The area was beautiful and the little studio was clean and very well maintained, we loved staying there as it was relatively close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Airbnb located perfectly in between downtown Savannah and Tybee. We were able to comfortably sleep 8 and had the best time at the pool! Would love to stay here again sometime.

I enjoyed my stay, the king bed was extremely comfortable, check in was extremely easy and it was such a nice house.

Definitely a place I would want to come back to for another trip to Savannah. It was so close the airport and a lot of restaurants.

We had a difficult family trip for a funeral. This made that trip cost effective, and gave us a home base from which to operate which was a great balance of features, amenities and location. I would say however, that I would consider staying there again with family on just a trip to explore snd enjoy the area. Felt like it was not far from anything we may want to do in that area. Also, when asked for MUCH earlier check in because of a very early flight arrival, they didn’t hesitate to accommodate! Could not have been happier!

Mark’s house was very clean and neat. It fit our family’s needs perfectly. We all had plenty of room to move and places to sleep for our visit to the Savannah area.

Our stay at Shawn’s was absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood is so nice and welcoming. The short drive to Tybee was a huge help on our beach day and they even have a few beach accessories to borrow if you forget your own! The drive to Savannah was easy as well! Their deck and decorations are so homey and fun you couldn’t help but settle in and feel rested and ready to adventure and have fun. The beds and furniture were super comfy and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied even with a few nice surprises that sealed the deal for a wonderful weekend! The ducks were adorable to watch from the deck and we love dogs so the pups on duty were adorable as well! We would stay here again for sure!
