Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Fort Myers

Had a great stay while working in the area. Host always responded quickly to any questions. The place in the pictures is exactly what you will see when arrive. Along with it also, is being spotless and extremely clean.

Wonderful and relaxing stay at Breeann’s place. Our family of four enjoyed relaxing and playing poolside all week. The extra cute touches, branding, beach chairs and umbrella were also greatly appreciated. Please note- It is about an hour drive to Sanibel island which I should’ve researched more! We boated around and went seashell hunting. Borrow their guide for a fun time shelling. Overall wonderful stay!

Rhi’s home was spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with an amazing back yard area and pool. Beautiful tiki hut and dock on the canal. Definitely a must stay. We will be back.

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great time at Andy's and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The pool was our focal point and we were in it day and night. Everything was very cozy and spacious. The area is a smaller area and we had to travel a bit for beaches but there were plenty of eateries and stores. Highly recommend Farmer Joe's as it was out favorite place during our trip. We had a great, fun, and super relaxing week in the home and I am missing it already as I type this back in the office. haha Thank you Andy for welcoming us and allowing us to relax far away from the normal swirl of busy in your peaceful accommodations!

This was our 2nd time staying at Kari’s place. It was amazing again! The property is turn key and has everything you could possibly need. If you think you need to pack it, it’s probably already there. From fishing on the dock to swimming in the pool and just relaxing there are so many amenities. We also utilized one of the kayaks this time and it was super nice! Don’t hesitate when deciding on this property, it is a must see. You won’t be disappointed!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

The apartment is connected to the hosts home. There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance. Unit was very clean and updated. 10/10. Only complaint is that there are no windows, so it can get very dark.

I had a wonderful stay. Booked the airbnb for a weekend trip to attend a wedding. Very easy to walk to downtown. The place was super cozy. Easy check in and check out. Great AC for that Florida heat. Had no issues. Overall, an excellent experience.

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

I stayed at apartment 4 at this property. It's also very private and I never felt like I was on display while being outside in the common area. It's gated and the gates are solid metal facing the road. It's perfectly set up to handle 1 guest or a small family. Everything was very immaculate, and clean. The pool was absolutely enjoyable every day of my trip, salt water floating is amazing! While I was there my air conditioner went out. It was 90 degrees outside and so the Hosts allowed me to change rooms. I ended up in room 1. This room was set up and just as clean as room 4. If I ever come back to the Cape I will for sure stay at this property. Be aware the ocean is 2.2 miles away. I rented an Ebike while I was there and drove back and forth to the Yahct Beach Club. There are bike lanes and only 1 major intersection to cross from this property to the beach. Grocery stores are close by and offer quick food in the deli, too. Stay here, greats Hosts, beautiful place, 10 out of 10!

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

Deborah is the most gracious host. The home is spotless. She has many games, karaoke, a lovely fenced in back yard and a putting green. She has every appliance you would ever want. There are many restaurants and shopping centers close by. We've stayed there for years. We're going home today and already have next spring vacation reserved. Now to work on a fall vacation/visit.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
