Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. A unique two bedroomed, single storey thatched cottage on the Sotterley Estate, hidden down a private driveway amongst mature woodland. Just a 10-15 minute drive to Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage coast Two kingsize bedrooms and a single sofa bed sleeps up to 5 people We welcome dogs but please note, the the garden is not yet fenced off
