Cottage vacation rentals in North Caicos

Absolutely stunning views with wonderful sea breeze! Everything you could need in terms of kitchen/bathroom/TV. Great communication with hosts and on-site staff! Easy walk to Mudjin harbor and scenic viewpoints. We had a great time here! Hoping to come back!

I have traveled the world and this home was even more beautiful in person, we saved thousands being able to cook in a well equipped kitchen a full ready to use grill. The washer dry and dishwasher make you feel at home. Close to everything yet on a quiet street with your own pool and deck for privacy. Coming home to this space at the end of the day made this island even more enjoyable. Side note I traveled with my 14 year old son, the pool to spend time decompressing at the end of the day allowed for some awesome bonding time. ( at this age bonding time is priceless)Also it was really nice our first night there Nat had me follow her to get groceries and back to the house so I could stock the fridge .We thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back.

What an awesome location! This was our third trip to Turks and Caicos and our third airbnb. This was by far the best location and perfect unit. We are huge fans of Chalk Sound location and this was within very short walking distance of Sapodilla Beach one of the best on the island. The rental was great. Very nice patio, pool, and amenities. Walking distance to Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to the Little Havana restaurant. The hosts were great. Quick to respond at all times. Never had any issues. Highly recommend.

This stay was truly 5 stars. I stayed with my husband and my 1 year old for 5 nights in late March. The home is amazing. It is much larger and spacious than the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was unreal. We basically never left the house besides trips to the grocery store. The views and proximity to the water are unmatched. The service provided by the concierge was incredible. Everyone was so responsive and friendly. They provided accommodations for our little one and we arrived to a fully stocked fridge— we took advantage of the prestock grocery— high recommend! We had trouble with the grill and stone was over in 10 minutes to fix it. It was peaceful, quiet, and we would return in a heartbeat. There were days when we never saw other people. We watched sunrises and sunsets and horses pass by on the beach. It was magic. I can’t say enough about the service as well. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this one is top notch. Don’t miss out on this spot.

This is a great spot for a couple. It's a cottage-style place, nestled in the Leeward Settlement. No it's not Grace Bay, per se, but so provides a quieter, more relaxed experience. Plus, if you rent a car, it's a 10 min drive to GB action, if you require it. Everything you need is there, right down to toilet paper! We really appreciated the beach equipment – umbrellas, chairs – just made our beach time better. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A/C system kept the place cool. Really nice outdoor back deck, very private, ideal for al fresco dining. Full cable package if you're into the TV side of things. The shower water pressure in shower could use an upgrade, but workable. The Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy at times. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot.

Lovely little beach cottage retreat away from the bustle of the island, but well within striking distance. Our girls loved having separate bedrooms and exploring the garden around the house. Ruth was a gracious and response host. We'd definitely recommend this for families who may not want the resort scene!
