Beachfront vacation rentals in North Caicos

We had an amazing two nights stay. Booked the luxury 1 King bedroom suite with ocean/garden view and it was excellent! The pools were excellent and the beach was clean and easily accessible. Freshly prepared complementary breakfast was an added treat. It was truly a value for the money. Highly recommended!

Had the best stay in Turks! The beach is absolutely breathtaking—freaking beautiful, but with a lot of stones, so definitely wear crocs for swimming (haha, but still so much fun). The place is even more stunning than the pictures—seriously, it’s worth it. The host was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were okay and going above and beyond to help us with everything, like contacting a driver since we don’t have a license. The place is super clean, fresh, and the view is just perfect. Can’t recommend this spot enough! You won’t regret it istg ☀️🐚❤️❤️❤️

It was just absolutely the most perfect trip for our family. We like quiet, want to experience local culture, a little adventure but want to feel safe, etc. From the moment we booked, John was a wealth of information, helpful, accommodating, available, etc. We flew into Provo and stayed 1 night there. He gave us suggestions, got us in touch with a driver who was so accommodating (even with multiple travel plan changes), suggested grocery/liquor options. We ferried to North, picked up our rental car & headed to the house. The house is very spacious, bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, laundry, kayaks available, etc. My husband fly fished the flats out front each morning. We visited a different, amazing beach daily - not a soul on any of them. Spent a day with Captain D fishing - made many memories. Ate out a few times, cooked the rest. Truly - an amazing vacation. Love the area and would love to come back to John's place & visit North Caicos!

I loved the closeness to the beach, the views were amazing from all over the house and balcony! We loved the amenities, and felt very safe. Although there was a dock/ work yard nearby that was busy constantly and very noisy, while this didn’t really bother me it could be problematic for a light sleeper. We also went over the electrical allowance with only 2 people, when our trip was originally planned for 4-6 people, we did take advantage of the laundry and cooked in the kitchen. Although we were not excepting a $100+ electric bill at checkout especially considering we were hot in the bedrooms downstairs. I cannot fathom how much we would’ve gone over with more people. (There was a meter the host showed us how to read upon arrival, but he advised us with 2 people we likely wouldn’t go over so we didn’t bother to pay attention to this and apparently should have)

We visited for a week. The place was exceptional. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. We visited new beaches each day and enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Snorkeling in the reefs was fun. Don't miss Thursday night's fish fry. The location made it easy to access everything. We are already planning to return.

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

The view was amazing and the place was so nice. Stanley was very responsive. The location is great for snorkeling at the beach. I would stay here again.

Oscar gave very clear instructions. The place was extremely easy to find and you feel right at home right away. the apartment is stocked with everything you can think of and the view from the balcony is simply amazing. Highly recommend for anyone with a small family or a couple !!

Our stay at Yadleys place was amazing! We loved everything about it. Yadley was a great host, always responsive and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed everything. The pool was a great place to spend our mornings before heading out for the afternoon. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to TCI

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Had a wonderful trip to T&C and Tim’s place was just perfect for us. Looks just like the pics, easy to find, super clean. If you love marinas and are looking for a quieter stay than the big resorts this is the perfect spot. I walked the docks multiple times a day and saw tons of sea turtles, jellyfish, barracuda and even a few small rays. Hummingbirds in the beautiful flowers that surround the complex. A short drive to the downtown & resorts. Several great restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the condo and a great beach/snorkel spot. We really loved our stay and Tim was a fantastic host :) thank you!

Roberto is a very gracious host. He’s easy to communicate with and he gives you helpful information and instructions to make your stay at his place a blast. I would definitely use his place again on my next visit to Turks and Caicos.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation is beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with all the little details thought of to make the stay even more enjoyable. The host is simply amazing. We just returned from a week at this lovely condo. The location is literally steps from a large infinity pool. We felt very safe with the gated community and condo felt private. We enjoyed sitting on the covered lanai eating meals we grilled there on the comfortable furniture and lounging by the pool. The night security guard is friendly as we found all the people who maintain the pool and gardens. We walked to eat at Shark Bite and Baci (the security guard showed us how to walk across the bridge and down to the restaurants - short walk) and drove a short distance to Mango Reef Restaurant and recommend each of these. Snorkeling was convenient at Smith Reef as well as Coral Gardens. We explored much of the island including Taylor and Sapodillo Bays, Long Bay to watch kite surfing; enjoyed local culture on Wed night at Da Conch Shack and Thurs night at the Bight Fish Fry not far from the condo. The provided beach chairs & umbrella were great to take to beach. Thanks Jeff!

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

Girls trip to Provo and middle Caicos. We will never stay on Provo again. It was the most spectacular beachfront property. The house was fabulous and the kitchen was incredibly well appointed. We were able to cook wonderful meals and lacked for nothing. From bakeware to insulated tumblers and every size plate, pot, pan and every kitchen appliance you could think of. We cooked steaks on the outdoor grill as well. The pictures online don’t do justice to the view from the back porch. Stunning beauty, on a very private stretch of Bambarra beach. We walked to a coral reef to go snorkeling, location provided by the host and explored breathtaking Mudjin beach very close by. This property and host were second to none, truly. We talked about returning, as we were leaving and will never stay anywhere but here in the future. If you have an opportunity to go, this Airbnb will provide the trip of a lifetime.

Great place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and secluded! Just what we were looking for. Very clean and well kept. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub on premise along with a restaurant/bar. Music on Friday night. Great atmosphere! We loved it!

Allyson was very responsive and quite helpful during our stay. The condo is immaculate with great amenities. At low tide we walked into the beach at the property and saw many fish all around us without any snorkel gear. The construction noise next door can get loud on the balcony, but generally inside it is quiet. The two pools and onsite cafe were wonderful surprises.

We had a fantastic time and really appreciated the remoteness of the resort - it was truly perfect for COVID travel. The beach was beautiful and we were often the only ones on it, even during a peak holiday period. The beach at the resort is definitely different from Grace Bay, Leeward beaches, etc (water not as calm, abundant sea grass - yet many spots with crystal clear water to swim in), but we were happy to have it all to ourselves and visited the other beaches during our stay. The pool was also great. There was even a pair of hummingbirds who greeted us upon arrival! The condo setup was perfect - very easy for a family of four. The only issue we had was the speed of the internet, which seemed to be due to excess use during a peak holiday week. The resort should really try to upgrade that, as it did make it challenging to deal with some work issues. Lisa was a terrific host and was quick to respond to our questions and requests. We highly recommend the place.

This was a very beautiful stay. The place was even nicer than the photos, our host was very helpful, and the beach was absolutely stunning. It was a nice quiet area to stay that was only a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other guests. We loved our stay at Callaloo Cottage! It was the perfect place for our anniversary trip. We loved that practically everything we could have wanted was included. Just bring your own snorkel gear. We snorkeled and used the tandem kayak every day. We were able to see turtles and lots of fish while snorkeling right in front of the cottage. They even provided a cooler and chairs so you can take them out and have coffee/drinks on the beach. Bring a portable speaker to set the vibes. We loved taking ours out to the pool and out by the beach. We loved the location and privacy but highly recommend renting a car. Grocery stores are a ten minute drive away. The washer/dryer was a huge plus as well. Highly recommended!!!
