Smoking friendly vacation rentals in North Ayrshire Council

We had a lovely stay at Lynns and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Bute. The location is gorgeous and had views of the sea from our window. The apartment was lovely and clean when we entered. It had everything we needed for our stay. As you walk into the house there’s a table with lots of information booklets and recommendations for places to eat and visit. Also includes a list of dates and events that are taking place too which is really useful if you’re not sure what to do. We are regular yearly visitors to Bute and would definitely use Lynns place to stay again. We will also be recommending it to people we know who would like to visit Bute too.

This was our second stay at Marine Place within 12 months. The location couldn’t be better, ample safe off-street parking, within comfortable walking distance of Rothesay. The flat and all its facilities are a comfortable, well-maintained, clean and cosy place to stay in. We’d gladly return here and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great little location for a short break

I've got the pleasure of highly recommending this charming, beautiful, luxurious, spacious and comfortable Airbnb. It's even better than the photos! The place was immaculate and well kept. It has a great, big kitchen with plenty of cupboards, easy to use washing machine, microwave and cooker with both fan and conventional ovens. It has everything you need for cooking. The lounge has beautiful comfy sofas and a large screen TV with over 200 channels to watch plus a movie channel and YouTube. Fast WiFi. A pleasant bathroom with a new walk in shower. Places for toiletries. I loved the two bedrooms that have super comfortable beds, duvet and pillows. Also lots of wardrobes. I loved the fact that it's very quiet, private and I felt safe. It's ground floor and a short walk to the beach and Ayr town or a 5 minute drive. Supermarkets are also close by. The location is perfect. The owner Kashif is very friendly and helpful and is available 24/7. I will definitely be returning!

Greg was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and always quick to help with any questions or small issues. He genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, memorable, and enjoyable. The house was clean, cosy, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like Netflix and all the essentials we needed. It’s ideally located just down the street from the beach and a short walk to the town centre, which made everything super convenient. Largs itself is a lovely, peaceful place to visit with family, and staying here made the experience even better. Between the location, comfort, and Greg’s outstanding hospitality, this was a perfect family getaway. A well-deserved five stars from us—we’d absolutely love to return!

Big thanks to Dion, a great apartment very spacious and great location for walking into Prestwick and surrounding areas. Loads of space in the living room and bedrooms and nice big TV and sound system available in the living room. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed to make a meal and was perfect for a weeks stay on the West Coast. Very clean and tidy, plenty of parking available and exactly as advertised on Airbnb.

Great place to stay and very quiet with a great Chinese just a short walk away and the flat had all that was needed for a great time. Cheers Greg

Chloe was an excellent host! Very friendly l, proactive and responsive to questions. The apartment was lovely, everything felt brand new. Lovely decor, clean and cosy! Also, in an excellent location, all local amenities are walkable and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. I would recommend to anyone and definitely would go back.
