Apartment vacation rentals in North Athens Regional Unit

Nothing negative to say about the apartment or host. On one occasion I locked myself out. At approx. 23:15 Philoppo was immediately present. Kind, polite and considerate. I would certainly book again. A tiny niggle - a kitchen chopping board would have been useful!

It was an amazing stay, the host was friendly and responded very quickly. The communication was easy. The place was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend it to you, if you have booked a concert at the Olympic Stadium, the distance is walkable.

We had a nice stay at the apartment. It was convenient to visit our friends who live in the area. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, close to the center of Halandri, as well as to the ‘remma’ (creek with path) and Metro. The apartment is well-equipped, though we didn’t need to use most of the appliances. Iraklis was friendly and very prompt to reply.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Close to trains and shops. Giannis was a brilliant host extremely accommodating. The apartment was perfect for all 4 of us. Perfectly heated. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed at Fotini’s place and very much enjoyed it. As I had a car the parking outside the house was very helpful. The apartment had all the amenities and all the things needed to make the stay comfortable. I highly recommend the place!

Saubere Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse. Perfekte Lage mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum und an den Flughafen und viele gute Kaffees und Restaurants in der nähe.

My stay at Christina and JP’s Airbnb in Kifissia was absolutely lovely. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel so welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful and green—perfect for a quiet escape while still being close to shops, cafes, and the Kifissia train station. Christina and JP were incredibly kind and responsive hosts, always available if I had any questions or needed recommendations. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Athens who wants a more relaxed, residential experience with wonderful hosts. Thank you both again!

Very nice flat with everything you need inside! Comfortable bed!!! Very communicative place specially if you have work (or whatever) around that area. Near the Bulevard but quiet, that I find for a very big plus! Sotiris is great! It was my second time there! Warmly recommended!

this stay was very comfortable, very clean, comfortable mattress, convenient to the metro and walkable to the American College of Greece. local corner store with all of the essentials and a quiet and peaceful stay. felt like Really Being in Greece.

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Πανέμορφο σπίτι, πεντακάθαρο, ησυχη γειτονιά, ολα άψογα

Πρόκειται για το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχω διαμείνει στην Αθήνα. Ένα καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με τη στάση του μετρό Χαλάνδρι 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι αποπνέει οικογενειακή φροντίδα και μεράκι. Ο οικοδεσπότης Παύλος φροντίζει για κάθε λεπτομέρεια της διαμονής. Δεν χρειάστηκε να κάνω απολύτως τίποτα, όλα τα είχε τακτοποιήσει ο Παύλος πριν χρειαστεί να ζητήσω κάτι. Το σπίτι προσφέρει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να φανταστεί κάποιος, πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας μαζί με αναλώσιμα. Αυτό που μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ήταν η αίσθηση φιλοξενίας και φροντίδας. Όταν μπήκαμε στο σπίτι μας περίμεναν απίστευτες λιχουδιές σχεδόν σε κάθε δωμάτιο...καραμέλες, νερά, χυμοί, αναψυκτικά, μπύρες, σοκολάτες, κρουασάν, ξηροί καρποί, μαρμελάδες, βουτυράκια κλπ...με απλά λόγια σου εξασφαλίζει ένα πρόχειρο σνακ για κάθε ημέρα παραμονής! Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν και η τακτοποίηση θύμιζε...μαμά! Η καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Tout était parfait. Nous avons été reçus et traités comme des rois. Dîner en amoureux loin de la foule Athénienne et profiter du jacuzzi en admirant le coucher du soleil, puis se réveiller le matin toujours avec cette même vue incroyable sur l’acropole sont des moments de vie privilégiés que mon épouse et moi garderons longtemps en mémoire… Merci Agis et Gina ❤️❤️

Parfait. Konstantinos est très attentionné. Il est toujours joignable. Et que dire de l'appartement ? Fantastique, vue extraordinaire. 25 min à pieds de l'Acropole. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps.

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for beautiful views from your private terrace all the while being conveniently close to Restaurants/bars

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.
