A stone cottage once a farm house opposite the beach with a conservatory and an extra independent stone room . It has a BBQ area with a wood fire oven and a large monastery table . Pick your own vegetables, figs, pears, grapes, apples and peaches which are in the garden. Eat on the beach meters away from the house at tradition fish taverns. You can go into the village and have ouzo with locals ,visit the hot springs, go to the salt pit and observe the pink flamingos.

The house is located in the village.Firodi beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes.Getting to the nearest tavern takes you 3 minutes.The center of the village is a 5 minute walk,where the old school and playground are located.It takes you 10 minutes on foot to reach the convenience store and the traditional church.And it's a 12 minute walk to get to the small port of Gialos.All walks are extraordinary as you can experience the unique atmosphere of the village.

Stone-built Cottage in Samos (renovated)

Stone-built Cottage in Ag. Konstantinos of Samos Stone built farmhouse, 60 m², located in Greece and Samos (in the Aegean Sea), near the village of Agios Konstantinos and near the Traditional Settlement of Valonades (Aidonia) which was used until 1960 to create the famous Samoan Wine. It was renovated in 2014 with care and taste, with wooden windows and fully equipped. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area, sleeping areas and a bathroom.

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and each of their own bathrooms. The beds facing the sea will offer you a unique view of the sea and the olive grove.
