Discover the surroundings from the water with Askeladden boat, kayak, SUP. The main house is located high and the plot slopes sharply down towards the water, which gives the property's three small houses private locations with their own balconies towards the water. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, you are not disturbed by each other. The patios are large with many seating areas and a hot tub.

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. Towels and bed sheets are included. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. We'll take care of the cleaning. You put used towels and linens in the laundry basket before you check out. You also take your garbage with you and wash your dishes after use.

Two newly renovated cottages located on a large hilly plot with many nice places. The large house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm, you live comfortably but more compactly. Available: Apple TV, Internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 people. Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Close to nice swimming area and about 2 km to grocery store & bus stop. In Nävekvarn's harbor, there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, close to the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.
