Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on a beach plot next to Lake Glan with great fishing opportunities. Your own wood-fired hot tub can be booked. The cottage was built in 2022 and is fully equipped. The cottage has 1 x 160 cm double bed and 1 x 120 cm sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Free parking is available outside the cottage. Charging for electric cars is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 minutes to Kolmården. 5 minutes from the E4 highway.

The purple house in Åby

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-fashioned charm. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Beach house - private sandy beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Lakefront guest house at Bråviken 30 m2 with access to swimming and jetty outside the door. The cottage is located on a shared property with the owner,but is still quite secluded. The guest cottage consists of a room. Fully equipped kitchen area with fridge freezer compartment induction stove and oven with micro.Toa shower. 2 sofa beds with 4 beds. Covered porch with table and chairs. BBQ facilities, there is also an electric lighter. Barbecue charcoal is your own. TV is available. Access to Wi-Fi

Charmig renoverad stuga sedan 5 år på ca 60 kvadrat, på lantgård, i naturskön miljö. OBS inga husdjur! Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and lovely dinners as well as the possibility to close the door (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linens and towels). Warm welcome!

Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
