With us as your closest neighbor and a few others, you will have peace and quiet here, overlooking fields and just a stone's throw from good mushroom and blueberry fields. 45 minutes to Kolmården Zoo and 15 minutes to Söderköping where you can have an ice cream at the famous ice cream restaurant Smultronstället. The guest house is an older model but with a newly-built bathroom (2022). Note: the cottage is located on our property.

You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Annexet Karlberg

Newly built holiday home with flexible sleeping accommodations 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the exit from the E4 and the Påljungshage and Gustavsberg shopping centers. If you are on a transit or business trip and want to stay overnight, the accommodation is ideal. Wifi, TV and several streaming services are available. Good parking facilities, even for slightly larger service vehicles. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI.
