Newly built, modern guesthouse in a cozy neighborhood with modern and nice material choices. The house is in a quiet location in the upper part of scenic Svärtinge. Here you live next door to the forest, several fishing and swimming lakes as well as a short drive to downtown Norrköping, Finspång and E4. Fully equipped residence with hall, bathroom, kitchen, common room and bedroom. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Welcome to our guest house where you can enjoy free time. The house is secluded on our property with Bråviken right outside the window. If you want to borrow a kayak or canoe, that's fine. You are also welcome to borrow our wood-fired sauna on the jetty. From there, you can then take a dip in Bråviken. To Åby it is 3 km and to the Central Station in Norrköping it is 7 km.

Welcome to our cottage in the countryside village of Kimstad. The cottage is on our property, bordered by the forest and surrounded by beautiful nature. The cottage has room for 2 guests on the kingsize bed and 2 extra guests on the convertible sofa (120cm bed). You can also enjoy a fully private wood-fired sauna right next to the cottage (available at an extra cost).
