A very nice house in a good location with nice treatment from Loris. Everything worked properly and it met our expectations. We can definitely imagine coming back and we can recommend this to others.

We stayed at Tom’s house for 3 nights and had a great stay! We were three adults and four kids between ages 2-12. The houses were spacious, modern, comfortable with great amenities! Everything from the toys in the garden, to the super warm pool, to the espresso maker made our stay extra comfortable. The house has everything you need and is located a short walk from playgrounds and the town. You really can’t beat the location. There’s plenty to do in town or nearby towns, but you can also spend a full day just enjoying the house. Everything was super smooth and communication was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying and would love to return!

The house has an amazing view over the water and a very large deck with 4 distinct different spaces. Outside kitchen/ seating area/ jacuzzi/pool. Photo’s do not do it justice. The house was clean and very nicely designed. A perfect location to wind down and relax. We will be happy to come back!

The days in the accommodation were relaxed and relaxing for us as a family of 5. The pool and sun deck were in daily use. There was enough space on the property that we could also spread out on it. Highlight for my 14 year old son: the darts game in the workshop shed. Emma was always available and not only answered our questions immediately, but also gave us tips for excursions. Very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

Very beautiful house, great space for families to spend time together in living area or garden. There were toys for kids and everything necessary for cooking in kitchen. Outdoor pool was heated and amazing for swimming even when there was 20 degrees outside. We could park 3 cars nicely in the yard and did not have to pay parking fee on the street. We stayed for one night, but could easily have had a longer vacation there.

Everything was great! Julia was a great host who quickly responded and helped with in case we needed it. The house we stayed in was very nicely decorated and it felt homey. Everything you need was there! The area was very well kept and there were eggs and honey on site.

We were 2 families with small children who stayed at Jessica's place for a week. The house was tidy and nice with plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. The outdoor area with pool, soccer goal and playhouse was perfect for a stay with kids in summer. We had a really nice week and would definitely visit the house again.

What a beautiful house! It feels like you're visiting relatives. The location is great, just a short walk to the Folkparken - you can also walk to the city and the train station or take the tram virtually right outside the door. The supermarket is also next door, we practically! We'll be back :)

A very good place to stay when you are planning to visit Kolmarden Zoo. Silence and peace are guaranteed. You will feel like staying in the countryside at your dear grandmother's place.

The house was clean and very cozy – a perfect spot for a relaxing stay. It is idyllically located and is a good starting point for excursions to Kolmården, Nyköping and Norrköping. Christer was very helpful and always available if we had questions. It was noticed that you thought of everything – there was even a high chair and toys. If something was missing, you could borrow it effortlessly. We had a great time and can highly recommend this home!

It was perfect for us with small children, the house was big, the playground was great for the kids. We felt home the moment we walked in to the house! Recommend 👍

a happy stay

Spatious villa with magnificent views of Bråviken. Plenty of surfaces for socializing. Good beds and all equipment worked. No luxury but very comfortable and comfortable. The host responds quickly and was very flexible. Recommended.

We spent nice relaxing days in Anna's vacation house, we also used the terrace and furniture outside every day, on the great barbecue we prepared delicious steaks We met Anna and Samuel in person, we were warmly welcomed and on request they got us another parasol . We enjoyed it so much that we would like to come back another time

Everything was great! It‘s a very cozy home with everything you need. The area there is also very nice. You can rent kajaks nearby. Also the communication with Pernilla was great! Hope to come back again!

You feel right at home and everything is available as you need. It is not clear in the pictures but there are 6 beds (1 room with double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds/mattress on the floor). Ideal for a family with 6 people.

The room was very spacious and had all necessary equipment! The surrounding area is also beautiful and there is lots of great walking trails in the area.

Check-in was smooth, quick responses from Greta and very quiet and cozy. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great accomodation for a short stay! The place is in walking distance from the train station and long distance busses, and very clean. We got offered sheets/towels for a fair price, which we happily accepted. Following previous reviews we brought our own earplugs and had a fantastic night's sleep! :) Thank you for hosting us!

Me and some friends stayed a couple of days in this house and we are all very happy! Above all, communication with the host Linda was very smooth and pleasant but the accommodation itself also exceeded our expectations. An amazing view and a cozy patio. I would definitely recommend this property to others!
