In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

On the property there are horses as well as cats and a dog. It is 35 km to Norrköping, 27 km to Kolmården Zoo, 6 km Maurizberg golf course, 20 km to Arkösund and 10 km to the nearest urban area with grocery store, pizzeria etc. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Here is Kanalmagasinet, where you can in the summer have a good dinner, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km.
