We had a truly perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The location was also fantastic—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful time staying in the property. The flat is absolutely immaculate, lovely decor, lots of light, great location, two mins walk from the park. Very sad to be leaving. Maria and Sofia were amazing hosts, super friendly, responded instantly to all questions, looked after us during our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s flat near Paddington Station! As a family of four with young kids, it was the perfect home base for our London trip. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to Hyde Park was a huge bonus for family walks and letting the kids play. The flat itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacob was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, which made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

It was a home from home. We loved the fact that it was someone's home and that we were trusted to share it for a couple of days. The books and music collections made us feel that we would have a lot in common!

The house was just as pictured and Richard was fantastic, quick responses and good recommendations. The house is very close to Clapton station but you are not disturbed by train noise.

I especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The outdoor space is a definite highlight! I enjoyed morning coffees on the patio and unwinding with a book in the private garden. This place truly has a special charm that made my stay unforgettable.
