Our wonderful home is very unique in many ways. The original home was built in 1870 and is situated on Pine Hill Homestead, one of the original homesteads of Bloomington. From the 1960s it was renovated by then owner and architect, C.Eugene Asbury. Since the renovation, our home has remained his vision and allows you to take a step back in time for what life was like in the 50s and 60s with furniture and lighting from that timeless era. We are happy to host short and long term visitors.

We had a wonderful stay at Brianna’s Airbnb. It was a great place to escape the craziness of a wedding weekend. We stayed with my in-laws and our new baby and felt like we all had our own space with two primary suites. The amenities were perfect and there was a lot of thought put into what was in the home. Amanda is a great host. Communication was clear and helpful. Her place was very clean and well suited for the four of us that stayed over the weekend for my son's graduation at ISU. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's super easy to get to the campus or to grab a bite to eat. There's a little grocery store around the corner that i describe as a mini wholefoods market. We all enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Amanda's place as an alternative to staying in a noisy crowded hotel.

Beautiful restored complex. Loved the character that was preserved. Quiet location. Walkable to many restaurants. Mondays are a bit more challenging as many local places are closed. We loved this place. Very clean.
