I had a very nice time in January at the apartment. The apartment offers everything you need and is very quiet. I have moved around the island by bus and the apartment is perfectly located between the ZOB and another stop for the buses heading north of the island. The apartment is right on the edge of the pedestrian zone, so you can buy rolls quickly in the morning. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the friendly communication and this beautiful place.

It is a great apartment between shops and restaurants as well as close to the boardwalk. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

A very comfortable place to spend some relaxing time. The place is just as described. Our pet spent a few days very relaxed and enjoying the apartment and the beach. You can literally walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are markets and restaurants very close by. It is 13 minutes from the central train station. The hosts are always very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended 5 Stars

Beautifully renovated and efficiently furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent views of the shipping route to/from Hamburg and the Kiel Canal and very good basic equipment! Highlights also include the swimming pool and sauna. We felt very comfortable! Many thanks to Annette! Two small points of criticism: 1. The building is a bit noisy, but the residents and guests are super friendly! 2. The parking space is a relatively small garage and the clearance to get there is limited to 2 m. Therefore, we were able to use the garage for our bicycles and fortunately found a parking space on the street.

we had a wonderful stay in a fantastic nice and beautiful apartment - if anything even more delicious than shown in the pictures, in the apartment is a small book with photos of their renovation of the place, quite cool to see too. Everything was clean and tidy and in good condition, VERY soft but cozy sofa - we could log our Netflix on TV so it was lovely. Very close to what we needed, Christmas market - and it's just so cozy. An absolute dream at Lake Ruttebüller! We had an unforgettable time in this beautifully modernized Frisian house! The location right on the lake is simply unique – with fantastic views and complete tranquility in the middle of North Frisian nature. The house itself is perfectly equipped and really leaves nothing to be desired. Whether sauna, fireplace, billiards or the fantastic Sonos and Sky entertainment system – everything has been thought of here! We were particularly impressed by the stylish furnishings with a lot of love for detail. The bedrooms are cozy, the living room invites you to relax, and the open kitchen with induction stove and Nespresso machine is a real highlight. The large dining table and the cozy sitting area also provided for many nice hours together. Overall a 10/10 – we will definitely be back and can highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special break!

This is a unique and beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Our family (2 adults, 3 kids and our dog) felt right at home and absolutely loved waking up to the sea view. Simply stunning 🌊

The location is great, the place clean and there is everything needed for a stay. The accommodation itself has a reasonable price, the costs for cleaning I personally feel overpriced - this may be relativized if you don't leave (like us) on Sunday.

Very lovingly and tastefully furnished accommodation. Super equipped kitchen, where nothing is missing and everything is super clean. The location is also totally idyllic and you are surrounded by other beautiful old houses. I highly recommend the place!

Beautiful little cottage overlooking the Schlei. We had a very relaxing week. The area is quiet with lots of nature and invites you to run and cycle. The nearest beach on the Schlei is a 5 minute walk. Bathing is not so attractive there.

We had a very nice short vacation with two small children at Mathias' - and felt very comfortable! We especially liked the two bedrooms, which are well separated from each other, so that no child wakes the other ;) The location is great and really only a few meters from the water. Mathias was always easily accessible, arrival and departure flexible in the times - very friendly! We will be happy to come back!

Hello everyone, I can only say one experience of the other kind. There is still life directly surrounded by nature, plenty of space and space, just beautiful surroundings. The house is super cozily clean and maintained. You have total peace. I will definitely be coming back soon. The communication with Lisa was promptly appreciative, accommodating and friendly. Positive throughout. Looking forward to coming back.

We spent two nights at this very nice place and fell in love with the many details. The partially fenced garden has direct access to the dyke. Here you could go for a wonderful walk. The house has a lot of charm and you constantly discover something beautiful "old new". A word to feel good, which is incredibly quiet and yet close enough to Sankt Peter Ording (about a 10-minute drive) Thank you for everything - we'd love to come back!

We stayed with Sonja for the second time and were completely satisfied again. The apartment was perfectly clean, tastefully decorated and ideally equipped. All furnishings are of extremely high quality and exude a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is very quiet and close to the beach. Shopping facilities are easily accessible. The communication with Sonja went smoothly and the check-in worked smoothly. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the house.

Perfect small apartment for 2 people with great views of the fjord and the numerous sailing ships. We recommend the restaurant PROVIDENCE in the neighboring village and a trip to Sonderborg.

We were welcomed personally and in a very friendly manner. The apartment met our expectations exactly and was very lovingly decorated, bright and friendly apartment with beautiful view to the inner harbor.

We had a lovely long weekend at the property. It is very centrally located. Everything is within minutes walking distance. Children's playgrounds, spa, shopping, beach ... The parking space at the apartment was a plus and it's very quiet. Our daughter found the game cabinet right away. Great that there is also a great collection here. Johanna gave us great tips regarding food, etc. Our dog was welcome. We have already booked our next stay and are very excited.
