In the separate annex you will find another bedroom with a large double bed, which provides a little extra peace and privacy. Outside, there's a large terrace with an outdoor spa (available for purchase) and an enclosed garden with plenty of space. Ample space for parking in front of the house. Electric vehicle charger 50 meters away, and the beach is about 250 meters from the house.
