Great place to vacation both in glorious summer weather and in autumn storms. A stone's throw to the shore and small boat harbor, and a few minutes walk to Hakallegarden visitor farm (check websites), and the beach Sandviksanden. The Hakalle staircase is located right above the cabin, and gives amazing views of the sea and the nearest islands. The decor is a mix of retro, old treasures and a little new. Duvets and pillows are mostly new. Can provide thinner ones if desired. We live in the countryside, our village is called Hjartåbygda, 10 min by car from Volda city center. There is no public transport, so you should have your own car. Nice hiking area right outside the door, marked trails. Otherwise quiet and peaceful. Right by the lake, and by car it is not far to many of Sunnmøre's beautiful mountains.
