The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, of course warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out bed couch (160x200) downstairs, there is another bed (100x200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and small groups, but less so for children because of the stairs. With the sofa bed, there would even be 2 additional sleeping places available, but the dining area is too small for that. The city center and bus stops are 10 minutes walking distance. Wertingen is located in the middle of Augsburg (35 km), Dillingen (16 km), Donauwörth (22 km), Günzburg (35 km) and Nördlingen (40 km)

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
