It is a pretty property with spacious garden and large green lawn planted with fruit trees, ornaments and shrubs. The plot sits against a quiet street facing west, facing east it bordering the river Lågen with beach dish. There is also an idyllic river promenade (walking path)for recreation and trim (see pictures). The location is very central while being a quiet and quiet neighborhood. Proximity to all downtown features (shopping center, etc.). On the property is plenty of space for safe car parking that is free for my guests.
