Such a beautiful stay here over the weekend. such a nice big spacious home with everything you need. would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our time at Peregian Beach. The home had everything we needed for lazy breakfasts. The luscious garden was particularly beautiful.

Such a great house, wish we could have stayed longer. 5 minutes on the bus from Noosa Junction for when we arrived by Greyhound from Brisbane then a 7 minute walk past the local supermarket and bakery to the house, 10 mins to a bigger Coles supermarket and a few more to Noosa itself and a nice easy stroll through the quiet residential area to the beach. We don't drive so it is so good to find something we can use easily with public transport. You were really no distance from the hub of Noosa if you wanted a busier day - we prefer the peace and tranquility and the freedom to do our own thing (cooking etc). The house and outside areas were very comfortable and absolutely spotless. We had torrential rain for one of our days but it was still great fun to watch the weather and still be able to use the pool. Totally recommend to anyone wanting to live like a local.

Simon was a fabulous host! His instructions were clear and he provided great recommendations. The perfect place to relax and recover over a big weekend. We will definitely be back ☺️

As a builder with a design background, I found the living experience quite informative. It's fantastic to see a design that feels like it wasn't watered down, felt like it went straight from concept to build. Highly recommend it. Interior a.d styling are very aspirational also, lovely.

The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. there was absolutely nothing we could fault about our stay at this beautiful house. Check in was very easy and helped so much considering we arrived late to our stay. Lisa was also very understanding and always happy to communicate anything!

Melissa's place was beautiful, cozy and in the perfect location. We could walk to noosaville very easily and come back to a clean and comfortable house. The house is gorgeous with great natural lighting and all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend and would absolutely go there for a trip in the future!

Beautiful place to say, only a short walk and you’re on Hastings street and the beach. Well equipped kitchen, every room was very clean and nicely decorated. Really great stay, would highly recommend

Location, lay out, amenities - and what a view! Got to experience the best of both worlds of Noosa with Hastings Street, Main Beach, National Park and restaurants an easy 10 min drive away, there’s also a bus stop down the end of yhr street. Then being able to come back ‘home’ and completely relax on the balcony watching and listening to the waves or chilling out together in thr living area. The teenage kids loved exploring the neighbourhood at Sunrise beach, having a dip in the pool. It was a great set up with the bunk beds and split levels allowing enough room for them all to roam. The master bedroom with its own balcony and ocean views was bliss. Great open plan with kitchen, living and dining, the perfect beach house vibe! The lock up garage was great, bit of a tight squeeze for the larger car but the off street parking was perfectly fine and in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Emma (host) was extremely responsive and accommodating and I thoroughly recommend

Beautiful place, great hosts and convenient location - just a short though hilly walk to Hastings St. It was like being in a slice of paradise in the rainforest. It was convenient to use the resort amenities too like have breakfast, go to the restaurant and get a massage - shame the pool was closed for renovation but we were told that in advance. Overall highly recommended.

The place keeps its promise and is as described and in the pictures. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, but above all it is very clean. In particular, the amenities of the accommodation convinced me, so in the kitchen, for example, you will find everything you need. The location allows you to walk to Hastings Street in about 15 minutes, where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars or the beach. A supermarket is within 5 minutes walking distance. I would come back anytime and can definitely recommend the place.

We stayed here over the Run Noosa weekend and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Kim was a thoughtful and accommodating host, kindly letting us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The apartment had a stunning view from the kitchen and living area, and the space had a warm, comfortable feel that made it easy to settle in. The kitchen was well equipped and actually got used, which is rare on a weekend away. It was an easy walk to Sunshine Beach and the Surf Club, and just a short drive into Noosa Main Beach if you have a car. Highly recommend this place, and I’d definitely stay again next time I’m up.

Excellent stay, communication and check in super simple, really lovely place with everything needed and nice touches like beach towels, clothes rack and good tips for local eats etc. Location outstanding, close to great eats, not too far from beach but also options to get onto trails in the national park away from all the crowds closer to the main beach. Recommend.

Absolutely fantastic location and accommodation! We loved our stay. Rachael and the team were amazing to deal with and very helpful. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. We will certainly be looking to come back next time we are in Noosa!

Tim and Kim’s place is well located being within walking distance to Hastings Street, the shops in the opposite direction, the beach and the national park. The bed is extremely comfortable and the showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. The condo contains all the equipment you need to prepare a meal. The cleanliness has to be balanced against the age of the apartment, meaning that it is as clean as it can be for an apartment of its age. If you’re wanting a sparkling, recently renovated apartment this one isn’t that. We enjoyed the facilities of the complex - the sauna and table tennis. We would happily stay in this apartment again.

Exceptional place to stay. Very well appointed. Amazing views over the ocean - from the lounge, the patio and the rooftop. Lots of restaurants nearby and the Surf Club is a must. That said - why go out when you have such a fantastic place to stay. Can’t wait to return and chillax.
