Vacation rentals with a patio in Noosa Shire

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with our 1 year old at Jodie’s home. The townhome was perfect for our needs - extremely clean, well stocked with all the essentials and so, so, convenient to everything from food, parks, beaches, cafes. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Thank you so much!

Great location with lots to do in and around lovely Noosa. Wish we could have stayed longer! We even met a great, friendly couple on premises- an unexpected bonus!

SUCH a prime location in Noosa! 4 minutes from Hastings, with the quiet and privacy of being up high out of the Main Street. Absolute perfection. The linens and pillows are to die for as well, best sleep of my life.

Barbara’s place is truly a hidden gem—perfectly located and within walking distance to fantastic restaurants. It’s dog-friendly, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Barbara herself was wonderful to communicate with—kind, responsive, and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for me and my 3-year-old, which made a huge difference in our stay. I highly recommend staying here!

A really lovely pristine newly designed apartment - easy access around the side of the main house all very private and an easy 10 min walk to the amazing Sunrise beach and just 5 min walk down the beach to the Sunshine Beach shops and restaurants! Needed a 6 minute car ride to get to Noosa or Noosaville. We have done Noosa before and it’s a little too crowded these days. This apartment was far enough away but easy access to Noosa or Noosaville. We really enjoyed our time!

This is easily one of the best AirBNB properties I have stayed at! The resort is in a perfect location, an easy walk to shops and also all the action of Hastings Street, the beach and the surf club. The apartment is in a lovely quiet part of the resort with access to a spectacular semi-private pool, separate from the main resort pool. In real life the apartment is just like the photos (perhaps better?) with everything you need. Finally, Jeanette is a brilliant host - great communication, friendly and terrific local knowledge!

If we could give more stars we would! Such a special place especially with a toddler. Angela is the loveliest host - attentive, warm and friendly! The property is super clean and the landscape is picturesque. Definitely felt special having a cup of coffee on the daybed overlooking the magnificent vista. Our son particularly loved the horses and chickens! The house is very comfortable, having everything you need and would be perfect in all seasons. The location is close to everything - Eumundi and Noosa. There is a lot to do but we enjoyed spending time in the home. Thank you for such a comfortable stay Angela! We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back :)

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. There was plenty of space for our group of 7, and it was safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we were able to cook what we needed with a well stocked kitchen. Would absolutely recommend :)

If you’re looking for an amazing stay near the humdrum of Noosa, but far enough away that you feel like a Sunshine Beach local, don’t scroll past this great place managed by Roz and James. As Little Cove devotees for many years at Easter, we’ve now jumped ship and are new Sunshine Beach fans. This place is quiet, with amazing sea views, 2 mins walk from Sunshine Beach cafes and general store, the lifesaving club and the beach. The bus stop is a 100m for a quick and free ride into Hastings St. A beautifully stocked kitchen - with plenty of platters, grazing board equipment, glassware for knocking up lazy family brunches and roof top drinks and nibbles to enjoy those amazing views. Three generous bedrooms, with comfy beds, great linen, well equipped bathrooms that are ensuite to each bedroom. Comfy couches, great outdoor and indoor table settings that more than accommodate a family of 6. To top it off, Roz and James have thought of everything… a Coolcabana and beach chairs!

Great house for a large group or 2 families like we had. Pool was good for a dip after the beach, but more a plunge than a big family affair. Good facilities in a decent house otherwise, rooftop spot is lovely for a quiet drink (and we’d rate the idea of getting one of the many local private chef’s in for a night, house is well set up for this!) Area is quiet suburban, 5 min drive to anything needed but probably not super walkable - that said, sunshine beach SLC is sensational, we drove to Noosa almost every day without a hassle, loads of shops & whatever you need is easily accessible. Kerriann was fantastic to deal with, super fast & helpful in comms.

Nina’s place is absolutely beautiful. Short distance from everything Noosa has to offer, but also very peaceful and secluded, surrounded by great views and nature. The cabin itself is so thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and has everything needed for short or longer stays. Nina and Nick were great hosts, always very communicative, and we had everything we needed from minute 1. We’ll 100% stay again whenever we’re in the area.

Perfect location and the house was amazing. Very flexible and easy check in, allowed us to check in early due to the rain. Will definitely be back!

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here! The properties ammenities were brilliant! The property was in a perfect location to the local cafes of Duke Street, the Sunshine Beach Surf Club and the beach. Ruby was such a wonderful host, so friendly and excellent with communication. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Graham’ apartment was great for a retreat after a busy work schedule in Brisbane. Close to walk everywhere and the pool and Sauna were great to relax in. However there is a bit of main road noise which didn’t bother me, but may not suit if you need it super quiet. All up a great long weekend with quality fit out all through. Thanks Graham

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
