Would highly recommend this listing to anyone. Beautiful place on the water and such a quick walk to Hasting Street and the beach!! Lots of space and had everything we needed including a pool! Hosts were so helpful. They even accepted a woolies food delivery for us so we could have a stocked fridge on arrival. Such a great stay and will be booking again in the future!

The unit was in a great location, very close to the peregian village shops, cafes/restaurants, and supermarket. The unit had everything we needed, had several outside decks and was very comfortable to stay at. Highly recommended.

Better than we expected and the price was very good. We walked in and saw the ground floor apartment led out to a lovely table and chairs, grass area then the pool. Brilliant!

We loved our stay! An amazing location by the Noosa River and close to lots of beautiful restaurants and cafes. A perfect location to explore the entire Noosa area by car, ferry, or the free bus. The apartment was comfortable for our family of four and we had everything we needed. Karen is a lovely host and took great care of us.

We had a wonderful stay at Jess's lovely apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the Noosa river with visiting Pelicans and other spectacular birdlife and is right next to the river shoreline . The apartment is very tidy and well appointed with a relaxing spa/sauna and pool within the complex. The location is perfect with an easy walk to Hastings Street or Noosaville for an amazing array of cafes, restaurants and shops. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend to all future visitors.

Absolutely stunning studio apartment! Simple, neat, tidy, with everything you could need to not think and be able to just sit down and switch off. Very well built, natural, and refreshing space. Highly recommend this place and its hosts!

The access instructions were very clear and straightforward with no issues. Communication was proactive and helpful. The apartment was incredible and we had a fantastic week at this property.

The apartment is in an efficiently run holiday complex which is really well located at the top end of Gympie Terrace. You are close enough to walk to everything but during the crazy period over Xmas you’re not overrun by people and cars. Checkin was extremely quick and easy and the place was clean and turned over nicely. Also nice that they had turned on the AC and cooled the place down for our arrival. Wifi was a bit unreliable but that’s a negligible issue. During the Xmas and New Year period all accommodation in Noosa costs triple what it normally should but this place was priced better than the other options around the popular Gympie Terrace area.

A perfect family getaway by the beach. The dining table looked out at the stunning ocean view with ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was able to relax and enjoy the summer retreat. The pool, while small, is great for family fun in between ocean surfs just a brief walk away. Table tennis is fun. Host was kind, thoughtful and proactive. Linens and towels high quality. Great family space with separate TV and couch to the main living room. Great for dog lovers. Definitely felt like a luxury beachside escape.

Cannot wait to re-book. There will never be enough time to enjoy that palace, can't fault anything, Jodie was so helpful and an absolute gem to correspond with.

Nice quiet setting, handy to beach and shops. We took the bus for a whole 50 cents to Noosa! Great spot to explore the sunshine coast and hinterland.

We had a brilliant few days at this stunning property in Noosa Waters. Clean and tastefully decorated it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were also a bonus. The location is absolutely perfect - a short stroll to the river and all the cafes, shops and restaurants it boosts and so close to an amazing organic food shop with delicious smoothies and salads. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely stay. Quiet spot with parks and restaurants a short drive or walk away. Pet friendly and very secure. Easy to look after with everything we needed. Nice space for a family, with 2-3 sitting areas plus a deck there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the jetty a plus. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a beautiful stay! Restful, peaceful and yet oh so magical. Animals everywhere, pup friendly and just stunning. Extra points for the fireplace, the books, dvds and the guest book. I wish I could have stayed 3 months, not 3 days. I loved every second of it even though being there relaxed me so much I mostly ate + slept x

My family and I had a great time. Our own pool, easy access to Noosa Main Beach, and great actitivies right on our doorstep. Amanda and Neil were fabulous hosts, making everything easy and helping us feel right at home straight away. We would love to come back sometime soon!

What a great place to relax with the family. Wish it had more beds to have 2 x families to share the memories but truly an incredible spot. Will be back.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Awesome apartment to relax enjoy the beach , surf, tennis , ride our bikes. The apartment had everything you need and lots of extras, coffee, salt pepper, spices, sugar ect. Comfortable beds we all sleep so well. We ll be back and highly recommend this for anyone’s holiday. Great communication with the owner as well … 5 stars 🌟

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Trisha was a lovely, accommodating and informative host. Nespresso coffee machine was replaced within minutes of advising her that the one in the unit wasn’t working. 511 is a ground floor unit with a balcony set in a quiet part of the beautifully maintained tropical resort overlooking the river. The unit is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, has a super comfy bed with quality linen, soft towels and great hot water pressure in the shower. There’s a great Vietnamese restaurant on site and is close walking distance to wharf bars and restaurants, local RSL and shopping centre. Highly recommend a getaway stay at Trisha’s.

Noelene's place is excellent - easy parking and access, a spacious modern unit with great views, wonderfull comfortable bed, bathroom with perfect shower. A great place for our short stay and a place we would certainly come back to!
