Completely renovated in 2019 and converted into a luxurious vacation home for 10 people including 2 children. With 4 atmospheric bedrooms, 3 marble bathrooms and a large, open living space, we offer families friends and groups with children a wonderful stay. In Noordwijk you can enjoy the beach and dunes all year round and in spring the colorful bulb fields.

Relax in this quiet warmly furnished, completely renovated and well insulated (including underfloor heating) accommodation. For families, nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, etc. Beautifully located. The road over and in the dunes with a lot of hiking trails, mountain bike trail and the beach within walking distance of 1 kilometer. 2 parking spaces, lots of greenery and a wonderful base for beach and cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague nearby. Seating area now expanded.

Ons VRIJSTAANDE huis hebben wij totaal gerenoveerd. Het heeft een tuin op het zuiden met veel privacy. Lekker eten buiten, een bakje koffie in het ochtendzonnetje, een boek lezen in de hangstoel op de veranda, het kan allemaal. Er is plek voor 2 auto's. In de schuur kunt u uw fietsen stallen. De woonkamer heeft veel ruimte en is licht door de meerdere openslaande deuren. Boven zijn er 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Het is gelegen op vakantiepark de witte raaf, dichtbij strand en duinen.

The house is located near the beach, forest, dunes and with a 20-minute drive you are also at the city of Leiden. The house has parking space for 3 cars on private property. A spacious garden with lots of seating and an outdoor fireplace. The house is expanded and therefore has a large open look inside. There are 2 showers and toilets. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 1 room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed with a good mattress. No pets allowed. We also do not rent to young people.

Summer house Noordwijk, close to sea

This nice cottage with sunny garden is located in a quiet park near the beach, forest and dune area at Duindamseslag. It can accommodate a max. of 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people (bed is 160x200cm), and in the open and low attic floor (1.60m highest point) there are 2 more sleeping places (beds are 80x200cm). Washing machine, and a parking space included. The cottage is difficult to reach with public transportation, a private car is recommended.

Het huisje is ingericht met hoogwaardige meubels en heeft een beachlook. Een ruime living met lange eettafel en een zeer ruim woongedeelte. Een nieuwe badkamer met douche. Een separaat toilet. Trap naar slaapkamer. Ruim terras met de middag/avondzon. Hier gaat u genieten van de rust.

The private summer house has a living room with well-equipped kitchen equipped with oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle and nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs is the bedroom with made up queen bed and size ensuite with towels. Of course, you can make use of the free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is located in Katwijk aan Zee, steps from the beach and dunes. The shopping center, terraces and restaurants are also within 5-minute walking distance

At a short distance from the beach and even less meters from the shopping street is our nice, completely renovated beach house with an area of +/- 80m2. Wonderful laze in the sheltered garden on a sultry summer evening and with a private parking space, this is the ideal location to relax and enjoy your holiday. Cycling rental, surf lessons and rental of surf/paddle boards and Yoga classes are among the possibilities.
