Monthly Rentals in Nong Bun Mak District

Pitchayphat is a great host. Very helpful, kind and responsive to guests enquiries and needs. The accommodation is a high standard, comfortable, clean and quiet, with all amenities that you need. I stayed here for 4 weeks and whenever I am back in Korat I will certainly try to stay here again.

Mark’s house is very spacious. I was able to cook in the kitchen because it is fully equipped. Although I didn’t use them much but there is also ample of outdoor spaces overlooking the vegetable gardens and fish pond. My 3 weeks’ stay there went by so fast and I wish it was longer. I wont rule out the possibility of returning if I come back to Korat.

Host was super friendly and responsive to all my questions and any concerns I had. The condo was kept in perfect condition and matched the photos perfectly. Many street vendors nearby and a big mall only 15 minute walk away. Just be careful of the stray dogs nearby

My wife and I had a wonderful week at Ron’s house , which within a short time felt like a second home to us. The master bed was extremely comfy, the sofa was comfy, all 5 Aircons worked well, the kitchen was well equipped and the house itself was spacious and extremely quiet. I worked from home the week we stayed and to have fast fiber wifi and comfy (that word again) dining chairs and table to use as my desk was perfect for me. We had such a good time that just as we were leaving we booked a second stay :) Thank you Ron for considering our every need, and for being so responsive and helpful when we needed to ask for local guidance. Looking forward to stay #2 :)
