Claudio’s place was perfect for we travellers from Australia. A lovely Art Deco building with elevator and inside the apartment was a modern interior. Double glazed Windows that open for fresh air and a view over the street. A warm cozy apartment that was a pleasure to return to. The washing machine was essential to our long travel plans. Plenty of hanging space for our needs. Very close to Milano Centrale and the Metro. This meant we could get anywhere easily in the city. Claudio and Paola responded in minutes to every question. I highly recommend this property. Congratulations on an accommodation well done Claudio and Paola.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful building on a very quiet street close to the metro, the tram and in 10 minutes we are at the Duomo. Very good welcome from Francesca who accompanied me throughout my stay, checking in with me, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I definitely would. My family and I had an amazing experience at Davide's place! The apartment is wonderful - beautiful design; everything you need is there; spotlessly clean; and the view to the private garden is spectacular!!! We came by car that has a roof box and the garage is high enough to drive in with it, and also to store our bikes in the private garage box together with the car. Grocery stores, parks, playgrounds and restaurants are nearby. So it was quite amazing to enjoy some gelato in the beautiful private garden (that also has a playground). It takes 15 minutes by bike to get to the Duomo so it was perfect for us. Davide is a great host - always communicative and helpful! The concierge is also very friendly and helpful. I have so many more nice things to say but I am running out of space... :) We will definitely stay here again if we visit Milan again in the future! 10/10 would recommend! 🥰

Apartment complete with everything you need and more, we were greeted by the very kind Mrs. Tiziana who patiently waited for our arrival in the evening at 9:00 p.m. The first Host I met who always made sure we were comfortable, almost like a mother. Host of the Year Award!

Sara was an excellent host! She was waiting for me at the arrival, informing me about the house, the restaurants and the super market in the area. The apartment is 3-4 minutes next to the Precotto metro station. It is like in the pictures, clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Sara, I will stay there again!

Sabrina was a perfect hostess. Very professional, excellent communication and good recommendations of the surroundings.

The host is super responsive and friendly, there is an elevator which is very convenient for people traveling, the house is not big but has everything, overall it's great ~

Very good location, easy access. Amine was also very responsive and since his garage was not accessible, we found an alternative solution, well done to him.

Angelo made sure everything was ready before I arrived. He offered late checkin so I could arrive after work. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a nice getaway. The apartment is located really close to the canal where all the great restaurants and bars are lined up. The metro is just as close so getting around to other areas of Milan is easy. I would highly recommend Angelo’s apartment to anyone looking to stay in Milan, Italy.

Mimi’s place was exactly what we needed, peaceful, well-located, and beautifully kept. The clear instructions and thoughtful touches made everything easy. Thank you, Mimi and Fabio, for being such caring hosts!

Excellent choice. Around 30 minutes to any of the major attractions by public transport

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

We loved the place, the indoor swimming pool is big and warm. Bed was good, airconditioning worked very well. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone 🙂
