Castro is a great place to to go on vacation in October. It wasn't too hot, but warm enough to swim in the sea and soak up the sun. It is quiet this time of year. From the apartment you can walk to the harbor in 15 minutes, where there are nice cafes and you can swim in the turquoise sea. The swimming area directly below the apartment is also great, you go from the rocks into the sea. We often had a picnic there with the family. The apartment is simply and practically furnished, it was great! Merci Luisa!

Beautiful accessible apartment, very clean, centrally located in Poggiardo. We especially liked the clear instructions and multiple bins for recycling of paper, plastic, metals etc and compost bin. Communication was excellent with very quick response time. Bed was very comfortable; space very quiet. Kitchen well equipped. We arrived by bicycle and there was plenty of space to securely keep our bikes. Location perfect for exploring Adriatic coast. Poggiardo is a lovely town with an old centre and many interesting shops and bakeries, including the most excellent Panneteria De Carlo!

Our experience at Marcello's apartment was fantastic. From the first contact, he proved to be kind, helpful and always ready to respond to any request we might have. The apartment was exactly as described: and above all very clean. Everything was in perfect order, from fresh laundry sheets to common areas with attention to the smallest details. The location was ideal for visiting the city, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay. James & Amber's home was truly exceptional - one of the most beautiful houses I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The attention to detail throughout the space was remarkable, from the thoughtful interior design to the perfectly maintained outdoor areas. The home exceeded all expectations with its stunning architecture, comfortable furnishings, and ideal location. Every room felt both luxurious and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. James was an outstanding host - responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best possible stay.
