Monthly Rentals in Nochia

We had an amazing two-week stay at Kostas and Aristea’s beautiful traditional house in October. I was there with my sister, niece, and boyfriend, and we all loved it! The house is tastefully decorated with charming traditional elements like old photos and antique tools, making it unique and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The peaceful setting, surrounded by olive groves, with a magical garden, was perfect for relaxing. Kostas and Aristea are such caring hosts, offering homemade wine, fresh apples, and kumquat jam. We can’t wait to come back!

A lovely place in a cute village, surrounded by olive trees. A gorgeous view from the terrace. The house manager communicates very well, with fast, clear and friendly instructions. Special mention: the owners Elena and Michail also run a delightful restaurant 30min away. It is well worth going, for the food, the view, but most importantly to meet with them! They have been sooo incredibly welcoming and it was a treat to have a chat with them both. I definitely recommend

Here are a few highlights - Daily stormy greeting of all her lovely animals - the pictures cannot reflect the magnificent view of the sea and the olive groves - breathtaking - the apartment itself met exactly our expectations and is super convenient - Eugenia is so loving and accommodating - a perfect hostess! Super stay with a large enclosed garden. Close enough to the beach, markets, and restaurants to get there by car within 10-15 minutes. Everything we needed was on hand, and the dogs loved the enclosed space!
