Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

It was all wonderful. From vacation preparation to check-out, Barbara was a great host. The location of the cabin was great and it was very cozy. We'll be back.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

The welcome was very warm, Simone was always available for questions. The location is great, great beach within walking distance. The apartment and the complex are very clean. Very nice bike paths nearby. Great restaurants with delicious food and also inexpensive in the area. And the highlight of the trip to Venice and neighboring islands. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Great apartment, very nice surroundings. Guarded parking available for little surcharge. Stairs can be challenging for older people, but the terrace is amazing.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and had a great time! The location is really strategic: a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the main street. The accommodation is comfortable and functional, ideal for enjoying the area to the fullest. We'll definitely be back!

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip, if you are several days in Sottomarina, it is recommended that you as a guest rent a bike to easily get around the area.

Lorenzo's apartment was just perfect – clean, modern and very well equipped. That's exactly how we imagined it! The location is quiet yet close to the beach, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Lorenzo was a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling right from the start. Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and hot tub area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would be happy to recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Accommodation as described, nice size to spend holidays there with several people. Location right on the water (from June, however, you are not allowed to set up a beach tent right there but have to take the bus to the public beach). If we had any questions, etc., Alessandro was immediately available and helped us. We had a great vacation at the Lido, thank you Alessandro!

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

We had a great stay in the apartment, the location is perfect for getting to the beach quickly, as well as various shopping and restaurants and bars are nearby. Everything was clean and well maintained, all rooms are air-conditioned, which is wonderful in the summer months. The balcony with elevated seating was brilliant, which invites you to watch the nightlife with a good glass of Prosecco or beer. Overall, we had a great vacation in the apartment.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!
