Luk House

Beautiful traditional Icelandic house from 1912 located in quiet town- Garður, 200m to cost line, 15 min from Keflavik International Airport. Prefect get away. Please note that the house is renovated but of an older construction. It may creak slightly when walking, and the stairs leading to the bedrooms are steep. If this is not an issue for you, I am confident you will find the house comfortable. It features the charm of traditional Icelandic homes, and I am continuously making improvements.

The farm is settled in the most beautiful scenery you can imagine. Powerful mountains all around, sound of the fresh salmon-river, waterfall in the breath taking canyon. Aurora Borealis from your window, when the conditions are right. Great for getting away. Relax or be creative. Mindful hiking in the untouched nature and enjoy farm live. Our apartment is perfectly located — just a 6-minute drive from Keflavík Airport and 15–20 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find a public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools. A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Ideal for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and easy access to local attractions.

Norðurkot, The Yellow Northern lights House.

Fallegur staður og mikið fuglalíf. Æðarvarp rétt við húsið og hægt að fá leiðsögn um varpið. Stórt kríuvarp á svæðinu. Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)

Spectacular place´ Wake up to the ocean dancing, birds singing and seals right outside your window. Approximately 50 kilometres outside of Reykjavik, more precisely, in Hvalfjordur is a little cottage located right by the ocean shore. On the ground floor is a joint kitchen/living room includes a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen view is the sea itself. Toilet with a shower On the second floor has a bedroom loft with 2 queen size beds and one single person’s bed.
