A nice little cottage "Sunnukot" which is a renovated studio near a private house in a quiet area by the sea. It is located in the town of Kópavogur next to the capital Reykjavík which is easily accessible by bus. The first bus stop is just situated in the street above, few minutes walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Reykjavík center by car. Fully equipped kitchen and good dining area. Private bathroom with a shower. All linen and towels are provided. Supermarkets are close by.

Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Ground floor apartment. Our goal is that everything is clean, safe and comfortable for our guests. The location is excellent. Peaceful street, but still we are in the town center within walking distance to everything. And very close to the airport (7 min driving)! Private parking for one car is on the left side of the house. There is also spacious parking lot at the back side of the house, access from Hafnargata (main street)
