I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

We had a good stay at this property. It was fully-equipped and had all the convenience. Communication was good too.

We arrived earlier than the check in time and couldn't find the key. However, the person in charge managed to get the keys to us. Its a beautiful house and made us feel at home. I had my nephew and niece on the holiday so they were excited to have a kids room to play with toys. We'd consider staying there again if we come back.

This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Very happy about our stay here, the place is exactly how it’s described. We had the ability to enjoy peacefully and lovely Jayantha was always available if needed. Close distance to our relatives and generally a great spot to stay in - convenient and private at the same time. Would definitely book again if I came back!

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

The host's are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and there is a large TV to relax and enjoy a movie. Excellent supermarket at the end of the street, along with regular buses in all directions. It's quite, the wifi is fast, and the aircon works great when you need it.

The house and the surroundings are great. All the amenities and shops are in walking distance! The hosts are great and responsive. We are very happy to recommend this place for all future visitors. We will definitely choose this place for our next stay.

We stayed at Hemashanthi Latha’s villa for two days, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the aunt who took care of us. Initially, we were a bit confused about the location, but she kindly came all the way to the main road to pick us up. She welcomed us with tea and water bottles, which was a thoughtful gesture after our travel. The villa itself was even better than we expected—comfortable, clean, and truly gave us the feeling of being in a cozy, local Sri Lankan home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

We loved our stay in Kotte at this beautiful house. After staying in B&Bs throughout Sri Lanka that were always missing something, it was so nice to stay in a lived in home. The place is wonderfully architected and situated in a quiet part of town, which was a welcome break from the usual sounds of tuk tuks in Colombo. We highly recommend staying here if you'd like a little piece and quiet in a patch of greenery just a little bit outside the main city.

Chinthake was super responsive and always really helpful. He was extremely accommodating and I had lots of little requests. The place felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeper - Thilakaratne was super friendly and helpful too. Gotta give it to him and Chinthake for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay next year as well 😊

A great place to stay if you're in Gampaha. The house is private, spacious, and clean. It has a TV with Netflix and is equipped with CCTV, which makes it feel very safe. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating—they fulfilled all my requests and even provided a printed map with recommended places to visit. That was really impressive!

My kids loved the house. So did I. It is a beautifully and uniquely designed house. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and practical. The kitchen had all amenities that you would need at home. The laundry machine with detergent was a bonus. All bedrooms had a functioning AC. We had a very nice sleep. We used only two bedrooms but there was one more room. The host was friendly, responsive, and caring. We chose this house because it was close to the Leisure World Water Park which was about 1.5 km away. The host kindly arranged a tuktuk ride both way’s. All in all, we had such a great stay. It was beyond our expectation.
