Our little gem on "heia" is a classic simple Norwegian cabin! Here you have what you need: Good beds, fully equipped kitchen, indoor toilet, shower, movie, radio with Bluetooth and games - and lots of charm and fun! Electricity is connected, but not water. The water can be found in the well right next to the cabin. The area has many marked hiking trails, ski trails in winter, as well as lakes for swimming, fishing and boating enthusiasts. 5 min drive to Kyrkjebygdheia Ski Center, 40 min to Vrådal Ski Center. 20 min to the 24-hour grocery store.

The cabin is located in a cabin area, only 100 m to the Nisser lake. There are beautiful sandy beaches, a jetty with a bathing ladder. The cabin has electricity and water. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/living room and porch.

- Would you like to relax with family or friends in this child-friendly cabin with a great view of the large lake Nisser? The cabin is a traditional Norwegian cabin with high standard. It is located near the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to a fantastic view and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites you to a large terrace, which is furnished with sofa, sun loungers, dining table and private pavilion.

Fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Great area for fishing, cycling and many nice hiking areas. It is about 50 minutes to Risør and Kragerø.

Here you can start the day with a meal in silence, take a trip on groomed ski slopes right outside the door, or enjoy a day in the hills at Gautefall Ski Center – only a short drive away. After an active day outside, you can relax your shoulders in the sauna, light the fireplace and feel the good cabin feeling.

Welcome to Kyrkjebygdheia and an idyllic cottage with lovely views close to the forest. Right outside the cabin wall is everything you need for both children and adults to be able to thrive when you are on vacation. Scenic surroundings, sunny and undisturbed plot and great views of Huvtjønn and Breilivann. Large veranda with superstructure, with outdoor furniture and fire pit. This is a family cabin used by us owners when it is not rented out and it is therefore only rented out to families and adult guests.

The cabin is peacefully located at 700 meters above sea level and offers beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Here you will find swimming and fishing waters, groomed ski slopes in winter and great hiking trails in summer. After the trip, you can warm up in the sauna, or gather the whole gang on the large fenced terrace with fire pit and outdoor furniture.

Overlandsheia, Gautefall

Flott hytte på Gautefall leies ut til voksne ordensmennesker og barnefamilier. Hytta er fra 2022 og på ca 120kvm. Den har stor stue og kjøkken i et, gang, 2 bad med dusj, 4 soverom med dobbeltsenger og en loftstue med tv. Hytta er oppvarmet med strøm og i stua er det peis. Varmekabler på begge bad og i gang. Det er dyner og puter til 8 personer på hytta. Det er umiddelbar nærhet til flotte turområder og langrennsløyper på vinter. Det er 6 km til Gautefall skisenter med slalombakke.

The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.
