Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Enjoy the Norwegian outdoor activities winter and summer. This location is perfect for cozy family time in the rolling mountains of southern Norway. The area is friendly and perfect for alpine and cross country skiing during winter, and hiking and biking activities during summer. The cabin is located just next to Gautefall ski center; The ski center is open throughout Christmas, every day in weeks 7, 8 and 9, and all of Easter. Outside of this, it is only open Friday-Sunday.

Cabin at beautiful Øverlandsheia, 10 min from Gautefall alpine center. Located in a scattered cabin area, in beautiful nature. Great hiking experiences right outside the door. The cabin is generally well equipped and everything is set up for relaxation both inside and outside. The cabin has a small loft with extra TV for movies and gaming. Idyllic Treungen city center is a 15 min drive away, where you will find a grocery store, cozy interior and flower shop.

The cabin is located by itself right by Hønevatn and has a fantastic nice view. About 6 minutes drive away is the great Jette pots in Nissedal. Nice goals for hiking, berry picking and fishing. Boats available, one with electric motor and one with gasoline engine.

Cozy cottage with good swimming opportunities on a sandy beach and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. An eldorado for berry pickers, and a good starting point for sights such as Jettegrytene, Hægefjell, Gaustatoppen, Fjoneferga and Hamaren in Fyresdal.
