Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed, Angelo’s and Jason were so amazing and accommodating. The most beautiful beach house we have ever booked with clear waters, squeaky clean place. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Chios, they were so helpful when coming to book a taxi and were soooo flexible on check in! The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff were so welcoming and warming. The fact that you were two steps away from the beach, had your own chairs and balcony was amazing. I cannot grasp how beautiful this stay was and recommend to everyone and anyone!

The house and garden is even more beautiful, relaxing and peaceful than the description! John and Maria have been such fantastic hosts, Maria baked us an amazing cake to welcome us, and left us a bottle of local wine which was delicious. Sotiris and John have given us lots of interesting information about things to do and see, they are perfect hosts, very responsive, they are there if you want to ask something or need something but also leave you to enjoy your holiday. There is everything we need, the bed is very comfortable, the house is like home and tasteful, Maria keeps it looking lovely and changes our sheets every week. They have made a paradise, we will come again!

Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Thanks to Ms. Özlem, our stay was smoothly. She responded to our questions in a series before the stay and provided detailed explanations. We had a nice weekend with our group of 12 friends. We were 6 families, everyone had their own room and bathroom. The amenities of the house were very sufficient, air conditioning in each room, a large garden, 2 large barbecue kitchen utensils, we spent time comfortably with our friends, large seating groups, 10 minutes by car to the center of Çeşme and 15 minutes to Alaçatı.

The farmhouse I stayed in was truly beyond my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It had a peaceful atmosphere, especially with its garden, spacious and well-maintained; it offers an area where you can have a pleasant time in touch with nature. The location of the house was also quite ideal; its proximity to the beach made our holiday even more enjoyable. However, it is worth noting that it may be a bit remote for those arriving without a vehicle. Great experience overall and I can recommend this house with peace of mind.

Best place we have ever booked on rbnb. Well-maintained,clean and very spacious. Maria always helped when we had questions. She provided pastries and juice for us. Katarraktis is a lovely,quiet village with absolutely friendly people. I can highly recommend Anasthasios' apartment!

One of if not the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Apartment is amazing and the views are spectacular. Felt like home since the very first moment and Catalatina and Marco are wonderfull people and amazing hosts. Will come back!!!
