The impeccable cleaning, we saw affection in the details, the utensils available supplied our need, your very helpful Paulo, just as your José the caretaker welcomed us very well, the pool area in front of the apartment brought us comfort, close to the beach, new household appliances, in short, I hope to return there more times.

When we arrived, the concierge already had the license plate of our vehicle, we identified ourselves and took the key with it. The address is from the street parallel to the entrance of vehicles, but from the photos of the building it was easy to locate the vehicle entrance. Silent building, little other people's traffic. Close to a descent to the beach, close to the souvenir shop of Pirangi do Norte, very close to the largest cashew tree in Brazil. Comfortable and clean accommodations, beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen very complete. The washing machine was not working and when communicating the Host asked a technician who immediately repaired and we used it normally. The excellent building pool.

The apartment is old but super cozy, very clean, it is a little distant from the black tip where everything happens but if you are by car it is super quick to arrive, about 20 min. The apartment is very ventilated, the view is beautiful, both from the building pool and from the AP itself. I'm delighted, I will definitely come back more often. If you're looking for a place to rest in this one. And Simone, the host, always asks so much. Just a detail, the address that's here, it's wrong. But we put in the name of the condominium and it was quick to find!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is gorgeous, well-decorated, comfortable and has everything you might need. The communication with the hosts was also great and fast. The checkin and checkout were super easy and quiet. The beach, then, is not even mentioned, is wonderful and still has security on the waterfront access.

Host the stay offered is free of defects!! Very well served, the homemade Seu Damião very requested, it was not at all invasive, proved to be totally available and Marcus as well. The house is impeccable, more complete than my own home rsrs , it was great to have a moment with the whole family together. About the outskirts I don't have much to talk about because we haven't explored the neighborhood itself, but Marcus in the first messages already sends several options and contacts nearby. Recommend 1000 times!!!

Very good host. It clarified the entire check-in and registration procedure at the condominium. You've always been available for contact. The apartment is great, with all the amenities and everything working. It is on the ground floor, shade side and has large spaces, including bathrooms. Identical to photos. Great for going with kids. The condominium is excellent, with many leisure areas, safe, well located and with direct access to the beach. I recommend it.

We love the days we spent in the apartment in Búzios. The apartment is well equipped, exactly as it is in the description, very good internet, I was even able to work during my stay. The view from the apartment is spectacular, from the balcony we could have a wonderful view of the sea. We intend to come back more often.

My vacation with my family was perfect, starting with the wonderful, calm and peaceful place for those seeking peace. The apartment is a show apart, a spectacular view every day, and at night we were graced with the full moon reflecting in the sea... a dream! It is clean and airy, we didn't miss anything. Regina was always helpful and dear from the first contact, indicating tours and restaurants, this was a great distinguishing characteristic. Our departure was with a tone of I want more!! The apartment met all the expectations and the announcement, everything was clean and organized. The location is excellent and close to beautiful beaches and sights, as well as the condominium is very quiet, pleasant and has a great pool and view. The only difficulty we had was due to the size of the garage that is very tight for a pickup truck, but this was no obstacle. The region is quiet, attentive host and very caring staff. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back.

Everything as mentioned in the announcement. Only one point of attention, the condominium has very strict rules, otherwise very cool, extremely well cared for environment, kind and considerate employees.

Excellent stay, Carlos's flat has an extra amenity, due to a private space with barbecue. The condominium is quiet and easy to access.
