Loooooove everything, Karolina's apartment is in the best block of the condominium because it is the closest to the pool and leisure area, which is wonderful, one of the best condominium leisure areas we have ever stayed in, the apartment is very complete and has everything we need in terms of utensils, inside the condominium there is a very complete market too, I highly recommend it and we will certainly come back more often, it is also very close to beaches, and the gym is 24 hours, which won us over haha

The apartment is very well located, near the main street, beach, cajueiro, with a market next door, where it makes our life much easier. It is to arrive, park the car and enjoy! The structure of the apartment, because it is two bedrooms, is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony is wonderful!! Host Mariana is super attentive, always available. We are grateful to her and her brother for having served us so well. We want to come back more often. Super recommend!!

When we arrived, the concierge already had the license plate of our vehicle, we identified ourselves and took the key with it. The address is from the street parallel to the entrance of vehicles, but from the photos of the building it was easy to locate the vehicle entrance. Silent building, little other people's traffic. Close to a descent to the beach, close to the souvenir shop of Pirangi do Norte, very close to the largest cashew tree in Brazil. Comfortable and clean accommodations, beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen very complete. The washing machine was not working and when communicating the Host asked a technician who immediately repaired and we used it normally. The excellent building pool.

Yuri's apartment is ideal for enjoying Cotovelo beach (a dream, quiet and beautiful). You just cross the street and you're on the sand. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and safe, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Super bright and ventilated. Two modern bathrooms with space and comfort. The large balcony with outdoor furniture and a large clothesline deserves a separate mention. We made some meals on the balcony looking at the open view full of palm trees and vegetation. The condo is beautiful and safe, with clean pools and well-kept spaces with showers everywhere. Attention at all times at the reception and people with the best vibes but without being loud and respecting others. Yuri is one of the best hosts we've ever had. If the apartment is available, don't hesitate to take advantage of it!!

The ap was clean and organized with all the utensils necessary for a great stay. The condominium has a leisure area with everything well maintained and very complete. I recommend that the barbecue stand. It's excellent, but take it, board, detergent and bush. Other utensils are available.

The hostess, Elaine, is very kind and whenever I needed to talk to her, she was ready to assist me. He was flexible with our arrival (we were with family) and quickly informed me about check-in. At the entrance, we also had no problems with entry and exit. The place is close to the beaches we like the most (Cotovelo, Pirangi, Tabatinga) and the Alcaçuz lagoon. It was very worth it. We were able to enjoy and rest. On departure we left the apartment as clean as we found it. Great stay.

We liked the place very much, only the air that was not working, but it was not missed for us, because the place was not hot.
