The address is from the street parallel to the entrance of vehicles, but from the photos of the building it was easy to locate the vehicle entrance. Silent building, little other people's traffic. Close to a descent to the beach, close to the souvenir shop of Pirangi do Norte, very close to the largest cashew tree in Brazil. Comfortable and clean accommodations, beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen very complete. The washing machine was not working and when communicating the Host asked a technician who immediately repaired and we used it normally. The excellent building pool.

I had a great weekend with friends and family at Yara's apartment. The place was fully equipped, super ventilated and with an amazing view of the beach. We had a small problem with the Wi-Fi network, but that sometimes was not even necessary in view of the beach and pool that we were enjoying. Yara was super attentive and responsive, gave all the necessary instructions and responded quickly, even trying to help solve the internet, for example. In the end, I left wanting to return soon and enjoy more! Recommended!

At the entrance, we also had no problems with entry and exit. The place is close to the beaches we like the most (Cotovelo, Pirangi, Tabatinga) and the Alcaçuz lagoon. It was very worth it. We were able to enjoy and rest. On departure we left the apartment as clean as we found it. Great stay.

By far, the best stay I've ever had in all the time I've used Airbnb! Very good house, very clean and safe, complete with everything (it really comes with almost everything, you just need to bring what you're going to eat), with a perfect location (the sea in front is practically a natural pool!). Very good host. It clarified the entire check-in and registration procedure at the condominium. You've always been available for contact. The apartment is great, with all the amenities and everything working. It is on the ground floor, shade side and has large spaces, including bathrooms. Identical to photos. Great for going with kids. The condominium is excellent, with many leisure areas, safe, well located and with direct access to the beach. I recommend it.

The location is excellent, being very close to the largest cashew tree in the world, which makes it easy to carry out all car trips on its own. I suggest visiting Barra de Tabatinga Beach, a quiet spot with a wonderful sea that is well worth knowing. Also, the strip of sand in front of the Point of Tilapia is very good and perfect for relaxing. Just for clarification, although the listing informs that there are two bedrooms, the space has a room that has been divided by a partition. Thus, access to the two environments is the same, which can affect privacy a little. However, this did not compromise, in any way, my experience at the place, which was very enjoyable.
