Very good house with a wonderful view. It's a little tricky to find the house the first time, but then you get used to it. Some complaints from previous reviews seem to remain, such as the bad smell in the basement room, I believe it is something simple to be resolved. Very attentive caretaker. Food apps work great if you don't want to go to Pipa.

Beautiful location inside a super safe condominium, stylish and cozy interior of the house, maintains a half-light proposal in the house creating a beautiful environment but I would prefer more natural light to enter during the day. The swimming pool and outdoor area, like the barbecue, are really nice, they were both relaxing. Good, clean rooms, good, comfortable beds. The location is good, but going to the beach with children without a car is a little more complicated, but this is a problem with PIPA and not with the house in particular. Overall, it was a great stay, I would definitely come back

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

To date, it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, amazing pool, there is a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. There is everything and normal price, cash-and-carry father and son. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics, dishes, pots… if you want to save money, you can buy groceries and cook at home. I'll definitely be back later this year. Thanks to the couple who own the place. Everything is very easy and practical. For those who have never been to Pipa, everything is very close.

Amazing place, very good accommodation, the people who worked in the house were very nice too!! Whenever we needed it, we were taken care of very quickly!!

An incredible space for those seeking rest, nature, structure and silence, but also proximity to the beaches, restaurants and life of downtown Pipa. Easy access and exit with Uber.

It's a little piece of paradise. I suspect that Ana is one of the kindest people I've ever met in the northeast...and everyone is kind. The place far surpasses the advertised, Ana is one of unique care and kindness. The energy of the place is amazing , you reach the beach easily and the centrinho. We went with an elderly woman with limited mobility we took advantage of the middle beach, chalk, sabaiuma and barra do cunhau. This site made our trip complete... wonderful beds, quality shower and the little kindnesses like bathing items... some coffee powder made the warm and perfect check-in.

The house is beautiful for the photos, but in person it manages to be much better. It has a large green space around (much bigger than it looks), super well maintained garden. The house is all made of wood, with a super tall, gorgeous right foot. All very comfortable, clean and smelling rooms. We went with a very large group (>15 people) and the balcony table allowed everyone to sit together at meals. The house is about 10 minutes from the center of Pipa, so it's quiet to walk. We had extra help from Jurandir (excellent person and full hand cook) and Messiah (friendly and helpful, helped us with the cleaning) and we didn't regret it. Definitely a place that makes you want to return!

We really enjoyed the weekend in the Villa. The condominium is about 10 km from the center of Pipa. We miss a barbecue in the house. It does not have a private pool but the condominium pool is very good Giant and the warm water. Regarding cleaning, bedding, kitchen accessories, the house serves very well.

Our stay was great! The place is exactly like in the photos, very clean, organized and well located. Markus was always attentive and responded quickly to our questions. I recommend and would be back for sure!
