Family-friendly vacation rentals in Niseko, Abuta District

H2 was fantastic; from pickup at the welcome center, to drop-off back at our bus, they accommodated our schedule change and were super helpful throughout our stay.

Home is very spacious, warm, and comfortable. Free Niseko bus shuttle, Red Line, stops at Aspenwood #3, which is only a 2 minute walk from the home. From there it’s only 5-10 minutes to the Niseko Welcome Center and then to King Gondola at Grand Hirafu Resort.

This Airbnb didn’t match its description… it was EVEN BETTER! From the listing I had no idea it would be so bouji. We walked into a newly build 3 story house with a garage with racks for skis and snowboards, heated gear/mudroom for drying ski clothes, then went to the 2nd story which also had a mudroom entrance, a HUGE master bedroom which took up most of the 2nd floor with its own private bathroom and a 2nd bedroom and bathroom on this floor. Then the 3rd floor had an awesome game room, beautiful living room and kitchen with every amenity you could need, 2 more bedrooms, and a toilet. It was very private with great views of Mt Yotei and Niseko United. The snow clearing is useful and efficient as they plow the driveway and shovel the front steps. This place really had it all and the hosts thought of everything. It’s amazing value for what you are getting and we easily fit 5 people with ample room. If I find myself in Niseko again I will absolutely be staying here.

札幌近郊のスキー場に行く拠点として利用させていただきましたが、ホスト様のご機転で暖房をつけていただいていたこともあり、入った瞬間から快適に過ごせました。コミュニケーションもスムーズに取ることができ、チェックイン時間やアメニティについてなど、細かく調整していただけたこともありがたかったです。

Great Stay! Clean and comfortable

This was a great place for my husband, mother in law and I to stay while visiting friends in Sapporo. The place is spacious and close to the subway. It’s surprisingly quiet given it’s in a lively location. Definitely recommend.

깔끔한 시설과 20층 전망이 너무 마음에 들었습니다 주변 교통도 좋고 1~2키로 정도 걷는걸 좋아하신다면 스스키노역에서 20분내외로 걸어서 도착 가능하고 전차도 이용가능해서 접근성 나쁘지 않습니다. 주변에 편의점과 식당도여러곳 있습니다

Très bel appartement, conforme à la description. 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Sapporo. Seul problème les Washlet était en panne mais le soucis a été réglé rapidement. Je recommande

남자 3명이서 다녀왔습니다. 호스트 분께서는 친절하셨어요. 물론 요청드릴 만한 게 있지는 않았습니다. 모든 게 좋지만, 거리가 조금 있어 걷는 시간이 소요됐다는 점 외에는 완벽했습니다. 고맙습니다.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Elite Havens made our stay even better with the consistent responsiveness and preparing daily shuttles for us. It made not having a car super easy! The accommodations were also perfect for us. The space was so clean and very roomy. We utilized the large television quite a bit.

These modest cabins are perfect for those of us interested in sleeping, waking up and going to ride the snow at Niseko. Kitchenette is perfect for making breakfast or whatever meals you like. Clothes washer is a nice bonus. Bathroom is well laid out. Bed was comfortable with good bedding and pillows. Parking out front, boot room and living room provide spaces to settle in and prepare in mornings for a day on the slopes. Warm and hot water on demand helps keep things cozy.

The location was unbeatable. There were lots of restaurant or food truck options as well as venues for apres ski activities. The apartment was very spacious and a great bargain for the price. Very quiet and warm at night, It is walkable to the lift but my wife thought it was a bit far with skis and ski boots. It took us about 30minutes. Rent skis or snowboards at Grand Hirafu (by ticket office) or Rhythm ski shop (adjacent to the Welcome center/bus stop). We were able to prebook at Rhythm. Those two shops are the closest to the lift. Ski storage was available overnight for a fee, located on the 2nd floor of the welcome center. There is a small market nearby for the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee maker and electric teapot are also available for use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. Front desk was staffed with Aussies so English was not a problem.

Great location, nice and clean living area. Niseko Central was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and really well kept. We were close to Anapuri and Niseko so lots of skiing options and several places to eat nearby. We'd come back for sure

An excellent host and a lovely stay.

This was my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The private onsen after skiing was a HUGE plus to this stay and now life will never be the same for me until I get my own onsen someday. The Airbnb itself had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. I’d love to stay here again someday.

Awesome place to stay for a group ski trip! The house is way bigger than we expected with plenty of space to sleep 7 people in individual beds. Very clean and very responsive host. Would come back to stay again!! Be aware there is an additional tax required prior to checkout that isn’t included in the price.
