We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super comfortable and flexible. For New Year’s, we joined everyone for dinner, which was delicious and such a cozy experience. Later, we walked to a small club called “Lazies,” where a great DJ was playing at the rooftop bar—such a fun vibe! The location is close to the beach with a nice surf atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Ein kleines Paradies am Meer - Die perfekte Unterkunft zum Entspannen! Direkt vor der Tür liegen zwei Strände, die meist menschenleer sind, und bei Sonnenaufgang kann man am Hiru Beach die Fischer beobachten. Die Strände sind ideal zum Schwimmen. Frühstück und Abendessen in der Hiru Villa sind sehr empfehlenswert und frisch zubereitet. Alle zwei Tage wird das Zimmer frisch gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern und Strandlaken ausgestattet. Tangalle und Hiriketiya sind sehr gut mit Bus oder TukTuk zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die am Strand herunterkommen möchten.

Amazing place with chilled vibrations, surfbreaks in walking distance, lots of nice people and the best Pizza around. Kroot and Romina are such lovely hosts. Highly recommended. Extended my stay and will definetly come back! Thanks for hosting me!

Such a great booking! Away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Fridge to keep the beer cool. We arrived by Tuktuk and were able to get our bag of ice in the freezer and our beer in the fridge before venturing down to the beach. We swam quick and then went back to the Airbnb to get ready for dinner. The fridge allowed us to have very nice and cold beers. We went down to the beach for dinner and easily and comfortably walked back to the accommodation. AC was amazing and the wet bath even came with a squeegee to clear the water away from the toilet after the shower.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Vom Zimmer aus kann man das Meer hören. Und Rajitha und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit. Danke!

Super Unterkunft. Fußläufig sind schöne Strände, kleine Cafés und ein Yoga Studio zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und der zusätzliche Trinkwasserhahn sehr praktisch. Es ist ein bisschen abgeschiedener, als Alleinreisende Frau hab ich mich trotzdem wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wirklich ein traumhafter Ort und die Unterkunft ist super klimatisiert. Vishu konnte bei allen Belangen kontaktiert werden und hat mich auch mit ihrem Tuk Tuk bei weiteren Strecken begleitet. Super schöner Aufenthalt!

We stayed here for 12 nights and it was absolutely lovely. The listing doesn’t tell you but there are hosts on the property who take excellent care of you as well! Lakmal and his family cooked all our meals, did our washing and kept the place very clean. They even sorted a car for us during our time there. They were so lovely and amazing with our 2 year old who absolutely loved them! The property is in a brilliant location, close by to Weligama (15 minute walk to the beach). It is just like the photos and extremely clean, Lakmal and his family also cleaned it regularly whilst we were there and provided us with anything we requested. I would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a quieter property outside of the busy Weligama but close enough to enjoy it during the daytime.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur großartig! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Zunächst wurden wir ganz herzlich von David mit einem kalten Getränk empfangen. Danach konnten wir die Ruhe und tolle Aussicht auf das Meer aus unserer Unterkunft bzw. dem Pool genießen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und man kann von dort aus mit einer tollen Aussicht aufwachen. Außerdem gibt es einen Wasserkocher und Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es ein großartiges Restaurant und es sind nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Es war alles in Ordnung, dem Preis entsprechend. Es war sauber und liegt sehr zentral. Ohne AC wird es natürlich eher warm, es gab aber einen großen Deckenventilator über dem Bett.

Everything was fine. Thusath was really friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. The whole team was really nice and friendly - always smiling. The room was very clean when we arrived and also everything fine. Thanks a lot for everything. We can recommend.

A nice and tidy accomodation close to a surfspot. Lasantha is a supernice host who is around most of the time and helps out with hints and things needed. As a surfguy he has lots of knowledge to share about the area. We loved it there and met also nice people in the same place and garden. :)

It's our second time staying - hope that already shows how much we love it here! Pat, Nethmini and the team are brilliant - they looked after us so well and are incredibly kind. The space is very private and serene which we loved, the whole place has been designed with passion and mindfulness - a true home away from home with peaceful surroundings. Hiri has a very special place in our hearts and so does the yard, we look forward to coming back again next year.
